    • Works great and it's the right size for a small apartment
This mop & bucket set works great. I was looking at other designs and this one is exactly what I was looking for. It separates the dirty water from the cleaning solution. At first I thought it was small, but it turned out to be the perfect size for a small apartment. I can disassemble the mop handle so everything can be stored away in the bucket. It holds about 1 gallon of cleaning solution which is enough to clean a small apartment without refilling. The drain hole makes it very easy to empty the dirty water reservoir so you can refill with ease. It makes cleaning simple and easy. I read the reviews about the mop handle, but I still bought it to see if it's as bad as they say it is. It feels very sturdy to me. Everything is easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. The only gripe I have is that it's mostly made out of plastic. I hope the parts last a long time. It does come with lifetime warranty as per their website... ""Lifetime Warranty: Yes that's right, if your X3 Mop breaks for any reason we will send you a replacement free of charge, for life!"" ... show more

    • Good concept, but.....
This is smaller than you might think, the box it comes in isn't much larger than a shoebox. I wasn't aware that a larger version was available until after I purchased it, but that's ok. It does what it says, though the quality is questionable. Everything seems light duty, probably ok for Joe homeowner but definitely not for any sort of commercial use. Like many other Chinese made items, it seems like it's made just barely adequate enough so you won't return it immediately, but it's not something I'd expect to last more than 5 years. Expensive considering that impression. It works well, but the middle chamber needs topped off with the turn of the knob about every time you dunk the mop. It's a little short without the included "optional" extension handle (unless you're a hobbit), and with it feels really flimsy. The plastic bucket is very thin plastic. The drain plug is cute but not really useful, really just a glorified cork that doesn't screw on or anything. If you're expecting something heavy duty don't bother, but for a couple of rooms it does a decent job. Compact footprint is nice for storage. If you've got more than about 200 square feet to mop I'd consider something else. We have a sheltie and a rough collie, so I vacuum first for pet hair, and the microfiber does a good job of getting anything the vacuum misses. The little "comb" on the mop bucket doesn't really work great, I usually have to clean off the excess manually before dunking the mop head. Not much more fun than dog duty in that respect. Also, the bucket isn't deep enough to submerge the whole pad, so it has to be flipped over and dunked again. Overall a good concept, and it does well keeping used water separated, but there's a lot that could benefit from refinement and beefing up. ... show more

    • Absolutely Amazing!!
This is well worth the money especially if you have dogs. I love that it's easy to use and cleans the mop head very well. The handle is very sturdy and the same thickness as a standard broom handle. The size of the bucket seems small but you don't need to use a lot of water. Most importantly you're always using clean water without wasting your cleaning chemicals. It's efficient and saves you money in the long run. Also saves on time spent cleaning. My only dislike is the plug at the bottom which has been mentioned in a previous review. And yes I dislodged the plug when I hit it with my foot. Also anyone who has a heavy shedder pet, it removes the hair from the mob head very well. I was impressed I own a shepard, a lab, a Staffordshire terrier, and a long hair double coated cat. So you see my dilemma on shedding lol 😆 but this mop system came through like a champ. ... show more
