Comes with both sides of the velcro so can sew/glue onto something or just take the backing off and attach to the fuzz on your sleeve, cap, case, etc. I ordered 2, but only 1 arrived but when I contacted them, they sent the 2nd one out right away - good customer service. it's actually velcro, so you can sew the velcro onto the coat, and take the badge part off if it's appropriate.
