I am 5'11" 190 lbs in muscular shape, gym everyday. I ordered the large. They swallow me like a 2xl wayyy to big.. The material is very very thin. Look elsewhere if you are looking for quality and true fit. Or order smaller than you expect and try to shrink it in the dryer.
