Very little wrist pain during curls now. I use them for bench press and chin-ups too because it sort of helps so why not. Don't get them too tight or your hand will complain or feel weird. Very easy to adjust. Good value for the price. Why don't companies pay for these @#$% reviews; this is time we don't get back.
