    • Awesome rangefinder for disc golf!!
I've been wanting a rangefinder for disc golf for a while now; my son has one in his bag that I'll use from time to time on the course when I'm with him, however, when I'm not with him I miss having access to it. Enter this rangefinder.... obviously, since it's not a brand I'm familiar with I was a bit hopeful and a bit skeptical. Today while my son and I were on the course, we put it to a side by side comparison test to his brand name disc golf rangefinder (it's the one that's advertised all the time). My first impressions of this is that it's much easier than his (at least for my slightly shaky hands) to hit my target; the zoom on this one is better than his and super clear and sharp image out to 400+ feet. (probably further, however, I didn't have the need). The rangefinder is supposedly good to 1500 yards; not sure why anyone would need that distance unless you're a sniper or something. It vibrates when it reads the distance for instant physical feedback. The display is super easy to read (honestly, IMHO, easier than my sons) and while it wasn't exactly reading the same distance as my sons was it was pretty close and there's no way to tell which one was more accurate. If anything, this one seems more reliable to me. It also comes with lense cleaner and a carrying strap and carrying case. This is an amazing addition to my bag and at the current price of $129 with a $30 coupon this rangefinder is a steal! Highly recommend it! ... show more

    • Feature-packed rangefinder, love that it’s magnetic!
Got this for our family farm, for hunting and general distance measurements for fencing, tree removal (gives us a better idea how far we have to haul felled trees). This replaces a rangefinder that stopped working after about six months, battery won’t recharge. This Wosports finder is a significant upgrade from the other one, with a lot more features—LOVE that it’s magnetic, this has been a terrific feature. We’ve found that it also works as binoculars (or monoculars I guess) and has a wonderful clear and crisp image will come in super handy when hunting season starts. Really like that it’s so easy to switch from feet to yards, especially for an upcoming fence project. Very impressed with this rangefinder, really happy with it, almost makes me glad the other one stopped working. ... show more

    • Works with most surfaces.
Have been trying with different (types) of surfaces, I'd say 75% of the time it works (it's better for the surface to be REALLY reflective), must use a laser or something for the signal. Thoughtful design through.

So I compared it to my Bushnell rangefinder and they were within a yard of each other in distance and withing 2/10 of a degree in slope, so I think it's accurate. I havent used it for a full 18 holes so I don't know if the battery (USB charged) can do a whole round, yet, but functionally, it's good. The rubber grip makes it easy to hold. This is a well made and functional range finder that has several features not found in others: first, it has a 1500 yard range, which is a welcome touch as most range finders only got to 1200 yds. Second, it will provide readings in yards, meters and feet, with most others offering only a single option. The fit and finish on this are top notch as well and the battery life is excellent.
