The toolbox was delivered by a truck with a lift gate due to the weight and size. It was well packed and in pristine condition upon delivery. Assembly took about 15 minutes. The casters are solid and the drawers are strong and the ball bearings feel firm and smooth. It comes with a lock with two keys. Normally, when a key is left in, the head sticks out and detracts from the toolbox. The keys for this box fold against the body to prevent that. The pre-cut rubber drawer liners fit perfectly and really give it a professional appearance and purpose. Overall, I’m very happy with the build and quality for the price. One improvement would to have a small indent for the drawers so I could roll the tool box without the drawers opening without first locking the toolbox. ... show more

I bought this for work to use as a medication cart, which it is perfect for. It was a little challenging to put together, but a lot things are. At first it felt like the drawers were going to be flimsy, but as it went together it was sturdy. It does not steer well because there are only one set of swivel wheels and would work better for our purpose if all 4 wheels swiveled.     • Don’t buy if expecting to return-buyer beware
The toolbox came with several dents on it. We decided to return it because of this and the quality was not what we wanted. We waited over a week to get a shipping label from the seller. When we finally got one, we found out, not only do we have to pay return shipping, but this is going back to CHINA! Needless to say the return shipping costs are more than the cost of this cheap toolbox. Do NOT recommend this product nor anything else from this seller. ... show more

I thought I was going to get a decent product seeing how I bought WorkPro before, but the product came with a few dents and had oxidized/rusted hinges. The light blue accent on the drawers slide off easily and the top box drawers don’t come fully out. Easily assembled. Only needed a #2 Phillips screwdriver and a screwdriver to adjust the friction rings on the casters. 16 screws total. Giving it 3 starts as it still functions for what I need it to do. I don’t have a lot of space in my garage so the small footprint is nice. Definitely not big enough to hold all my tools or cleaning products. A testament product is if you had to buy it again, would you? With this one I will have to say no. Okay for what it is but would spend extra for something of higher quality. I really love this cart so far it is good quality for the price it is a little bit of a pain to assemble but the instructions are pretty good the size is perfect for me it's small and easy to roll around love the big wheels as well it's rolls over stuff without getting stuck and seems pretty sturdy and strong to 5/5 would recommend. ... show more
