Yes, it is a good price and it helps me with my cutting but just not what I expected. Even with a new blade I have to take it easy when cutting and it is not what I call self healing. I have seen other boards that after a cut I can not see where it was cut on the board. I see every cut and can feel the cuts when I run my finger across. This is a great cutting board for my work table, the only thing I wish is that it had a hard back so when I remove it to take pictures it didnt fold up but otherwise a perfectly good product.
