Looking for a few shelves to decorate and organize a few toys in a kid's room? We got three sets of these for our kids for each of their rooms. These shelves are practical, simple, and very easy to install. They come with the hardware that allows installation on both wood and drywall. Unlike some other inexpensive items where you find the included hardware to be subpar, I found the screws and anchors to work well. I mostly used the anchors but I did have to use just the screws in wood behind the drywall and a pre-drilled hole worked just fine. The wood of the shelf is soft so the screws go right in without any problems. I would recommend a drill but keep it on a very low setting as it can be easily damaged. The addition of the basket to one shelf is a nice touch and has allowed my kids to choose how they want place them. None of them have used anything too heavy on the shelf but I believe even books would work fine. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would buy more when needed. ... show more

I installed these shelves above the toilet to hold the spare toilet paper. We have a pedestal sink and no closet in the master bath, so these are perfect for additional storage. Bonus, they look great and are exactly as described. I was able to install these into studs and did not need the anchors but they were a nice addition. One screw had a manufacturing error, and I could not get the screw driver into the head of the screw but they provide plenty of spare screws so this wasn't an issue. These shelves are easy to assemble and look nice. Just a couple things to note for assembly: There are no pre-drilled holes, you have to measure everything out and drill the screws in yourself. Not a negative, just something to note. Also, while the shelves are real wood- it's a very soft wood. Overtighten a screw just a little and you'll strip it out. Love these shelves! I got these to replace our old cabinet we had above the toilet. It was pretty easy to put together. The only issue we had was our studs weren’t in the right spot so we added a board behind them to be able to center it with the toilet. These shelves have the bracket attached underneath so the brackets are visible making it not a floating shelf. In addition, none of the holes were pre drilled. Fortunately for seeing thr bracket wasn't a deal killer and my husband who does wood work and is a mechanic had no problems with it not being pre drilled holes. Super Happy with the floating shelves. Like it says in the description, there are no pre-drilled holes. That was not a problem, just carefully drill where you want the holes to be and measure so you can repeat on both shelves. The black looks good & it came with all the necessary screws and drywall anchors. Took me about 30 minutes to install and put everything together. Good Purchase! ... show more
