Just got this sweater and the large fits like a glove. It is plenty long enough. It is soft and has a high neck to keep me warm in Chicago this fall. Only thing I don't like is that it is made in China. IF i wasn't in a rush I would send it back. I do not like supporting anything from CHINA. I love these turtlenecks and have many from a variety of Amazon sellers. This particular one (which I have in a few colors) is a favorite. It's thick, and SO soft. I don't wash it a ton, but often throw it in the dryer for a fluff and it comes out so plush. My first one arrived with a gaping hole in the front. I will say, the stitching on these could be improved. Anywhere the yarn ends is very susceptible to a hole. But, I'm careful, and find the comfort and look to be worth the caution.
