I bought a black one in December of 2019 for $17 and I'm still wearing it 3 years later (12/2022). I've washed it dozens of times, dried it on high heat, and have had no issues with stitching, shrinking, or falling apart. It still has that odor to it that you might smell on black plastics or new cars but the smell isn't overwhelming. I like the length of it but I'd prefer it not to be so stretchy. Maybe they use a different material now. The zipper seems a little cheap but it could just be the stretchy material around the zipper that keeps it from lying flat. Also, the hood is larger than most coats/jackets I've seen and I really appreciate that. It's warm and baggy and the sleeves are not too tight. I often wear sweaters under it when walking my dog. I probably wouldn't pay $40 for one if they're still made like mine is but for what I paid, I do like it. ... show more

I purchased this because I wanted a kind of a robe, that didn’t really look like a robe. In the winter I love to “jammie up” after dinner. (I know, kinda lame), I don’t however want to look like I am in my pj’s. This is perfect. I sized up to a large (I usually wear a size 8 or a medium. I am glad I did, it isn’t overly large. It is very cute and comfy, warm but not oppressive, think lighter sweatshirt material. I got a light color so it would match the inevitable dog hair. I haven’t washed it yet so I don’t know how it will hold up. The zipper doesn’t seem to be the sturdiest but it is fine, and I usually don’t zip it anyway. SHOCKED. I bought this on impulse during a flash sale. I just went for it. WOW, what a total surprise to have this be something that I really like. I am 5'11", 275#, wear 18/20, and have a long torso. Finding clothing that is long enough is rare. I love a long sweater, and I prefer a good style for most of my jacket needs. I have a zip hoodie similar in style to this already, hence why it piqued my interest when I saw it. I saw that the 3XL had the lowest price at time of purchase so I went with it over the 2XL. I really could have gone with either. I am hour glass shaped with dimensions around 49"x 39"x49", bra size 40C or 42B. The material has some stretch, so if you are straddling two sizes, it may not matter which way you go, but I would defer to the larger. If want a loose hanging sweater and/or intend to layer underneath quite a bit, or want a more coat like drape, then go up a full size or two. I like how this has a fitted feel, yet has enough stretch to not feel constrictive or tight. Even fully zipped up, I can move it in, sit in it, bend in it. Squat in it. Another thing? It is long enough in the arms. I will post a pic. Most of the time sleeves land on me like they are just 3/4 sleeves. My other long hoodie is too short in the sleeves. I figured the same here. NOPE. The sleeves reach my hands!! YAY!! ALSO, this is actually long on my tall frame. It nearly reaches my knees. Lands a little above. Will obviously land longer on my shorter folks, or those with shorter torso. Lot of length eaten up by my torso. Hood is large enough too. It's functional. Interior has a fleece lining. I didnt see that there were two options: fleece or regular. I am very pleased with the fleece. It is a smooth, short napped, ultra soft fleece that adds a level of cozy comfort I did not expect. It feels like it helps trap heat, and help block wind. Yet light weight enough to simply feel care free. MY ONLY dislike is the creamy white hood string against a black top. It is no surprise as it is shown in the pictures. Someone screaming about how it should be a white drawstring. Says who? It's a creamy color. A natural white or whatever. Anyway, I may try to replace it. We'll see. Might get another color in same size (got my eye on the fleece green or fleece red). If I do, and if there are ANY differences between the two I will come back to let you know and update accordingly. ... show more

I live in Arizona. I love the winters here, but it does go down in the 50’s and 60’s during the day, that’s better than sun zero where I come from in MN., but it’s really cold when I step out of the pool and have to walk a half block back to my apartment. The pool is heated, it’s the getting there and back again that is the hard part. A swimsuit coverup isn't Warm enough. I’ve tried wearing a robe there, but this attracts (what they think are humorous) comments from other residents along the way. This hoodie coat is a perfect solution. It’s warm. I got the 3x. I usually wear a 1x in normal clothes, and it ran closer to that size. I try to buy 3x hoodies simply because I like them to be really big, and this was small in comparison to the others. But, I wear it a lot because it's comfy and soft, and the length is nice. I have not put it in hot water or the dryer, so it hasn't shrunk. (Sidenote, air drying hoodies can help them stay soft!) ... show more

I ordered 2 of these before Christmas; one as a gift for my daughter, one for me of course. :-) I love these! they are warm; you can wear with leggings or as a coat/jacket.
