During my training sessions, my wrists had started hurting me. Once I started wearing these the extra wrist support has completely relieved my pain. I can tell the difference if I forget to wear them during weighted pushing activities. Initially, there was a learning curve to figure out which was for Left versus right wrists. If you already have wrist problems with lifting weights, please don’t expect it to fully prevent any pain still while using. It does the job to help ease the pain while lifting though. I didn’t have any problems with the thumb straps as some have previous stated. My thumbs are chunky and short so ,no problems. Over all it’s a good product and help stabilize my wrist. Again, if you’re looking for full pain relief I don’t think this will be for you. ... show more

These are my first pair of wrist straps and for me they work great. I had two surgeries on my left wrist and by wearing this I notice I am able to lift heavier. If you do wear them to right or to loose they won’t be as effective. Overall they work great for what I needed them for.
