I just received this watch today and so far I am very pleased with it. It functions well and the app was fairly simple to use. I really liked my old smart watch because it was more like a watch instead of a child's watch but the band left a rash so I kept it in my pocket for most of the time. So I just happened to look for a new one and this one came up. I love that it has a purple option, it's very nice. The band is very durable and so far it's not leaving any rash but my old one wasn't waterproof either. I really love the face itself. It's easy to read and it's also not in the way or totally giant. I like the charger also. It's small and magnetic, very simple to use. I do wish the sleep time would start to calculate earlier than 10pm. It's going to think I never get a full night of sleep lol ... show more

I was looking for a non utilitarian looking smart watch; something that looks more like jewelry and something that didn't have a huge 2" watch face. My wrists are kind of small so the big watches look ridiculous on me. I wasn't disappointed with the look; this watch is really nice. The face isn't too large but I can still get my text notifications (and scroll to see the whole thing) and get heart rate, bp, and an app that helps track it all. Also this watch's battery actually does last about 4 days for me. This was a real plus for sure. Lastly it's not as expensive as the galaxy/google/Amazon options. So the cons-- Sometimes it disconnects from the phone for apparently no reason. This is easy to fix it I just open the app on my phone, it reconnects. If I put it in sleep mode, it won't buzz when I have a text, which is good, but even a dark face background is really bright when I'm sleeping and mistakenly hit the face of it. I wish sleep mode meant it was darker when it lights up. Or don't light up at all unless I press the button when in sleep mode. The strangest con is every now and then the watch buzzes nonstop. I'd say this happens about 2x per week. It flashes at me and if I press the face, it is asking me a question presumably in Chinese. I'm supposed to know which answer to give. In Chinese. Ha! The cons don't outweigh the benefits, though, and I'd recommend it. No I wasn't paid for this review. I didn't get a special discount. Just thought id offer my insights. ... show more

The design is simple however the quality and touchup are well-rounded without abrasive edge. the connection with cellphone thru the app is perfect. you do not need to set up an account to protect own privacy. I am amazed that it not only measures HR but also BP. It is as good as an apple watch but you do not need to pay that amount of $! The disadvantage aspects are that the menu swipe is unidirectional and cannot be swiped back so if you want to go back to the previous item, you have to start over. ... show more

I bought this because it was cute and claimed to do what I needed it to do. And it did for a couple months or so. Then it died completely. I bought new charging cables for it and it wouldn’t charge. Used different wall adapters and no charge. It’s pretty but honestly not worth the money. If it had done this within the first 30 days, I would’ve demanded a refund or exchange. ... show more

EDIT 1/31/22: I still love the watch, but I'm incredibly disappointed at zero availability to purchase a spare charger. Other people have asked the same question with NO feedback or response from the Amazon seller. I believe that the seller may have responded one time with the name of what I assumed was a store on Amazon or elsewhere. I searched high and low and could not find anything that resembled a store with that name. Therefore, I turned to purchasing generic cables in hopes something would work. I've included a photo of a cable I attempted to buy that didn't work. The description is a replacement cable for Wyze watch (44 and 47 mm) along with Yamay smart watches. My photo shows the replacement cable on the top and the h-band original cable on the bottom. I'm hoping maybe this will help other people as they search for a replacement cable. Original review: Overall, I like the watch. For the price point, you really can't go wrong. I was frustrated with what I thought was a lack of directions. It turns out that they put them face down on the bottom of the box. The back of the directions are white. So it was camouflaged and I couldn't see it. So I ended up looking online and using the QR code on the side of the box to find the directions and get the darn thing set up. Not long after I completed setup, I happen to notice something wiggling in the bottom of the box when I picked it up. Yep. Those were the directions. Anyhow, also convenient is that they include a link remover tool. Super easy to use. I ended up needing to remove four links total. Overall, it isn't the high end Apple watch. It's not going to perform like a watch that costs over $200. But for what it is and it's price point, it's pretty good. My biggest frustration is that it interrupts my sleep constantly at random times with massive amounts of vibrations telling me that it's backing up the watch. This seems counterproductive if you're trying to get good sleep. So far, I've gone through the settings and haven't been able to locate an option to choose a time for the backup. I searched on the internet and found nothing either. I don't see anything in the instructions or anywhere in the reviews here on Amazon. If anyone knows a trick, I would love it if you would share. I posted it in questions. Also, it appears that different watch finishes contain different optional faces. I really was hoping the puma or cat image was included in my watch, but it's not. It would be nice if there was a way to go to a website or somewhere else and download different faces and get rid of the ones that we don't like or use. That's not a deal breaker, nor a reason I rated it four stars. It does seem a little bit silly that you can't go backwards through the different modes on the watch. They only go one way. So if you miss the one you're looking for, you have to scroll all the way back around to get where you wanted to go. That seems a little silly. The app itself is clunky. There are some very odd parts to it that don't make a lot of sense. For the most part, it's functional enough for me. I mostly want a pretty watch, a step tracker, the historical data in the app and the heart rate and blood pressure are fun, but I would not bet my life on them. So for me, you get what you pay for. I bought it in June of 2023, it was delivered in July of 2023 and was super. It stopped working the first of October in 2023. I truly expected it to last longer than three months. Now I can't find anyone to return it to.

I originally bought this watch because it is a bit more petite than the typical smart watch. It is very pretty and comfortable. The battery life was exceptional. But then it died. So I bought a new one thinking maybe I had done something to it (submerged it in water or something else to damage it). 9 months in the second one also died.
