I wear a size 9. They were too big by about an inch. I returned and got an 8.5. They fit perfect. Still room in the toes but not too much! They are warm and soft!     • Poor design and construction
I feel obligated to write this review. I purchased these boots on Dec 18th, 2020. They arrived very fast, through prime, on the 20th. Right out of the box they seemed excellent. The fabric materials used are seemingly high quality, the faux fur lining in the shift of the boot was super soft. No weird smell. The quilting on the outside was beautiful. Upon trying them on they were firstly entirely too big in the width and toe area. Almost comically so, but I thought that I could learn to ignore that if they were comfy and easy to put on. However, they are cumbersome to put on. The tongue of the boot is not attached along the sides and it moves around as you walking while trying to tighten the laces. Tightening the laces is just super annoying because they slip as you try to get them right, which moves the tongue. Also, if you have a nice shapely calf the boot looks *goofy* around your ankle. I mean goofy. Like you have the worlds largest cankles. Still I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and took them on a test walk around the block with my dog. I hadn't walked for more then 15 minutes before I had a sudden stabbing pain on the backs of my ankles. (Now remember what I mentioned above about the shaft of the boot looking goofy.) Where the fabric shaft of the boot meets the hard rubber(?) foot of the boot the faux fur lining and padding stops. The result is that the hard shell cut into the tendon on the back of the ankle. Not a blister. I mean it literally cut into my ankle, even after attempting 2x mid walk to adjust my thick socks and pants to cover and provide a buffer. I was limping by the time I got home. Its been 4 days and my ankle still hurts. So, what I am trying to say is that the construction of this boot is questionable at best and can cause (did in my case) actual injury. Please be careful when considering these. I can not say if I just got a bad pair or what but I returned them the same day I received them. How can a boot be simultaneously too big and manage to cut into my ankle and also be cumbersome to put on?! ... show more

    • Would totally buy these again. Great snow boot.
This product by far exceeded my expectations for a pair of $35 snow boots. A general list of pros/cons: Pros: - very warm; w/ faux fur lining, my feet stayed toasty hiking thru 18-24” of snow; no snow got in the boots - rubber exterior kept my feet dry - could not have been more comfortable. I was concerned about not having time to break them in before hiking, but within 10-15 min these boots felt like they were made for my feet Cons: - felt too small initially (ordered half size up from reg. shoe size) but then after a day of wearing them, the faux fur lost some of its fluff and they then seemed a little big. This wasn’t really an issue bc it allowed me to wear larger socks without my feet feeling too snug in the shoe. So it wasn’t really a con for me, but could be for someone else bc unless you kept them to break them in, you wouldn’t really know either way how they would fit your feet in the long run. - they scuff easy. I didn’t scrape them against anything, but somehow brown scuff marks the same color as the top part of the shoe showed up on the bottom rubber part. Not a huge deal, but less than ideal. - bulky. These shoes felt quite heavy and looked very chunky. Again, I was wearing these for hiking, so fashion was not my main concern. But for those wanting for fashion, they look big on your feet and I have small feet. Overall, for $35...I couldn’t imagine a better shoe. ... show more

Love these. They arrived on time, the packaging wasn’t as I expected since they only came in a zip sealed bag and then placed in the shipping bag. They fit as expected, I’m usually a 7-8 and decided to go with an 8 to allow for thick socks and they’re going to be perfect for some nice thick socks. The material quality is great, fur is super soft and comfy down the whole boot. They reach to about 3 inches below my knees and I’m around 5’5” and the laces are stretchy enough for big calves or thick pants. I got these for winter activities but haven’t cold tested them but can update once I do. So far they’ve been pretty warm going outside for 20-30 minutes and my toes are still warm! My only advice would be to size up a little because the fur inside is slightly thick for warmth but overall my new favorite boots!! Also in my opinion I wouldn’t recommend for people with wide feet. ... show more

Arrived with 1-1/2” hole in seam, enough for two fingers to fit through. Very soft faux fur lining, no need for socks. Size 8.5 fits exact regular size 9; order true to size if you plan to wear socks. Laces are slippery and hard to tighten as they keep slipping. Not sure about waterproofing as I must return due to flaw. Couple inches of thick material in front of ankle is bulky and awkward, too thick to be tightened up to support ankle. Tread appears decent.     • Not true to it's size But great boots!
I bought these boots my size which is an 8 but to my disappointment it fitted snugged kind of small for my comfort. I tried the boots with and without socks and it still felt small. It's too bad because I really wanted to keep these. I love how warm they are on the inside. The fur goes all the way down to the feet area. I also like how the front part of the boot is made of rubber and best of all they are very light. I gave it 5 stars because I really like the quality and the look of the boots. Nothing wrong with them just make sure to get a bigger size than what your feet actually is. I will return the boots but get the same ones in a bigger size. ... show more

Very warm and comfortable winter boots. I bought these for my 12 year old daughter and they are very close in quality to my Sorel's. I would definitely and will definitely buy them again when she outgrows these ones. We live in Minnesota and she wears them out to play and to snowmobile. Paired with wool socks they keep her feet warm for 3 hour rides. ... show more
