I normally wear a medium but got a large because the bottoms were adjustable and the top needed to be a size bigger to fit my chest and the top is definitely not made to support a bigger chested person. The best I can describe it as was it supported around the ribcage but no amount of tightening around the neck would do anything to lift the girls up. I do love the bottoms though and am keeping the set just for the bottoms because I love the fit and the fact that they are adjustable. I love this swimsuit. It is super comfortable. I am 5'3, 120 lbs and It was loose on my chest and even if you tighten it, it won't stay covering small chested girls. Its so flattering but you will have to adjust it a bunch during your wear. Good for tanning! Wouldn't recommend for water sports.
