Dear Seller, I have now ordered this same item 3 times & it is becoming very apparent that you’re lacking in quality control when sending product to customers. Order 1.) my package appeared to have been previously opened & tried on (not a big deal), but then I noticed that the zipper was broken & the stitching around the base was ripped. It otherwise looked cute & decent quality for the price. But it runs VERY small. Definitely needed to size up 1-2 sizes. For reference I am 5’3” in height, with 26” waist, 36” hips, 34” bust and typically wear size XS-S. The size small I ordered fit around me, but was way too short in the torso - which is surprising because I’ve never considered myself to be tall at just 5’3” & I have a short torso. I returned this item & reordered in a medium in hopes that it will arrive intact & will fit my torso properly & w/out the dreaded cameltoe lol. Order 2.) Size Medium fit much better. The length is perfect & despite the legs being baggy around my thighs, calves etc, it would work....then I noticed that it was dirty. Maybe the grey stains across the front would come out if washed, but I don’t want to try & wash it then be unable to return & be stuck with a dirty item if the stains didn’t come out. So I decided to order a third time. Order 3.) the zipper was not stitched correctly so it is mis-aligned at the top once fully zipped. It’s just annoying!!! Plus I’ve noticed that the seller had increased the price since my initial order. I’m not sure if I should just deal with the flawed costume or try a 3rd time. Does the job. Wife ordered a size up and fit her well. However the ears did not come fuzzy like some other review pics and the tail was located way too low (about 4 inches below the tail bone area where it should be). The zipper is poor quality but did ok being careful with it. Otherwise it is soft material, comfortable, and there is a cell phone pocket on the side leg. ... show more

The costume did the job, but no 5 stars due to: 1. It was delivered a day later than promised so I wasn't able to wear at the intended Halloween party. 2. The zipper was annoyingly difficult to use. Otherwise, it was cute and soft!

Out of the box, I was disappointed the zipper was messed up and broke. I had to rig it because it came the day of Halloween. It was soft but definitely needed 2 sizes up... I'm 5'8.5", weigh 140lbs, and normally a 4/6 (S), this was a medium (based off reviews I got a medium because it said go up one size) and I probably should have got a large. The costume itself is super cute and I love it. Just was super disappointed to find that my package didn’t come with the ears:(( Also I agree on the order a size up I’m 5’11” 140lbs the torso isn’t long enough but I’m making it work anyway...with a camel toe 😂

I tend to fit into smalls and extra smalls being 5'2" about 115lb. I reordered in a small because the extra small was a few inches from my ankle. I love how soft it is and I love the color. Wasn't crazy about the pretend fur for the wrists & ankles, wish it matched the rest of the fabric better.
