Purchased these for my honeymoon to a Caribbean resort. I wore them with platform sandals as they were long on me (I’m 5’4”) and I chose not to try to hem them. Comfortable fabric, loved the pockets, flattering on the behind! I have a bigger behind and muscular thighs and no issues with the fit in those areas. If anything the size I purchased was a little big on me. Based on some other reviews about how they hold up in the wash, I’m pretty nervous to wash them. Wrinkles from shipment/travel work themselves out if you hang the pants up for a bit prior to wearing. The material is midweight in my opinion, I didn’t find them too hot in the 80 degree breezy Caribbean weather. I plan to wear them in summer at home as well. I would’ve given it five stars but they really do shrink if you put them in the dryer .I’m gonna order a second pair because they’re so comfy. I’ll just be more cautious when laundering moving forward. That being said, my first pair , I ordered in an extra large, and so as they have shrunk, they still fit. Before I washed them, as I was walking up the stairs I had to be careful to kind of lift the leg or I could step on the cuff and trip. Now they’re a little at the ankle with one time going through the dryer, but they still fit very comfortably around the waist, the hip, the butt,. Even though I could get away with a large, I will still order an extra large again, because the comfort was really pajama like, and if I accidentally threw them into the dryer again, I know they’ll still fit, but they’ll just be shorter. It’s odd that the rest of it must’ve shrunk, but it still fits very comfortably. These pants are well-made. They’re fun and comfortable and cute. A great alternative to shorts during the hot summer months easily dressed up or just with a cute tank top and very casual flip-flops. I’m not sure how to really explain how unbelievably comfortable they are how, it’s like getting away with wearing pajamas in public that are really flattering and cute. ... show more

I ordered a XS and small bc I didn’t know what size I was. I kept the small bc they fit best. I’m 5’4 and weigh about 117. They are a bit see through but are soft and airy. I washed them ( on delicate, cold water, low tumble) i hung them up to dry( I always have a fan running to make the process quicker) yes they did shrink in length. The trick is to wash them on delicate, cold water, and low tumble … once you take them out of the wash place them on a flat surface and give a gentle tug to the bottom of the pants ( once you see your desired length) and they will go back to their normal shape. I did this and it works every time. NO MORE LINEN PANTS SHRINKING!!! ... show more

I am 5'2" so I am definitely on the short side. These pants when they arrived quickly became my very favorite pair of pants! Comfortable and versatile!! However, when it was time to wash, I looked for instructions on washing and there were none... so I put it on the delicate cycle and these pants shrunk up SO much that they are now unwearable for me because they are much too short now--mid calf height. The pants are nice, really confy, this deffinetly run small, I got a large which is one size bigger than my usual. I am disappointed that the pants came with like a black pen stain in the back, is small yet something new should not be damaged. I was worried these might be too big and seem clownish. I was wrong, they have a very flattering line. They are definitely high waisted and don't fit awkwardly as some high waisted, looser fit pants can. Some reviews have said they shrink in the dryer, I'll be hanging mine up after washing on cold and delicate. If they survive that, I'll buy some in different colors. ... show more
