Frequently asked questions

The Women's Fuzzy Ankle Bootie Slippers typically come in a range of sizes to accommodate most foot sizes. However, for specific size availability, it's recommended to check the product listing as manufacturers offer sizes from small to extra-large, covering a vast range of foot dimensions.

Yes, these slippers are designed with an anti-slip sole that makes them suitable for light outdoor use, such as picking up the mail or enjoying a morning cup of coffee on your patio. However, they are primarily intended for indoor comfort and warmth.

For the longevity of your slippers, spot cleaning them is recommended. Some models are machine washable, but always refer to the care instructions provided by the manufacturer. It's generally advised to air dry them away from direct heat sources to prevent damage to the faux fleece lining.

While these slippers are designed to provide warmth and comfort primarily during colder months due to their plush faux fleece lining, their breathability also allows for comfortable use during cooler evenings of the warmer seasons. Always consider your personal comfort and the temperature of your home when deciding whether they are suitable for all-season wear.

Top Amazon Reviews

🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

These slippers are highly praised for their comfort, warmth, and overall coziness, particularly during colder seasons. The snug fit and plush interior seem to make them a favorite among users for indoor use, with some using them as warm "socks" for lounging or sleeping. However, while they are celebrated for their initial comfort and warmth, some longevity issues and a lack of support over time have been noted.

Pros

  • 🔥 Warm and cozy, excellent for cold feet
  • 👌 Good fit for various shoe sizes, with recommendations to size up if between sizes
  • 🎨 Variety of colors and patterns available
  • 🧶 Soft, plush interior provides immediate comfort
  • 🕹 Elastic around the top keeps cold out and warmth in

Cons

  • ❄️ Limited outdoor usability; soles not sturdy for extensive walking outside
  • 📉 Padding may condense over time, leading to less support and roomier fit
  • 🧵 Some reports of the lining ripping easily
  • 🧹 Tendency to pick up debris, requiring frequent cleaning
  • ⏰ Durability concerns with some users reporting they last less than a season

Should I Buy It?

These slippers are a solid buy if you're seeking immediate, warm comfort for indoor settings, particularly if you frequently have cold feet. However, consider your purchase as a short-term enhancement to your home comfort rather than a long-term footwear solution due to concerns about their durability and decreased support over time.

  • Comfy.
Size: 7-8 Color: Ash Grey
Like the slippers. Nice and warm, good soles, wash up nice in washer on gentle cycle. Can be thrown in the dryer, I did, but, they were dry on the outside, not inside. I should of got the smaller size, they run a bit large, but with a thick pair of socks they are great.

  • Good value and quality for price
Size: 5-6 Color: Ash Grey
Bought US 5-6 (small) and ware shoe size 6 to 6.5 and the fit is good. If you’re a solid US 6.5 I suggest going up in size. I also have a high arch which can be a problem but not with these boot slippers. I really like how these come up over my ankle by a few inches - not too high or low. Comfy and warm, the sole is fine for minimal use outdoor in dry weather. These are definitely (IMO) indoor slipper boots. I have the fuzzy plush version in grey and they are just like the photo. These are a good value for the price paid ... show more

  • Warm and cozy
Size: 9-10 Color: Camo
I like the pattern. These slippers are warm and cozy. My intentions were to use these as house slippers. Instead, I use them as "socks" to bed or taking a nap on the sofa. It keeps my feet warm. My feet are always cold. I don't walk with them. I just wear them to sleep. I use other slippers to go to the bathroom. The soles may not be good for slot of walking. It is not good to go outside with them. The soles are not too sturdy. They are comfortable and pretty. I ordered the blue camo. I'm a size 9 1/2; I ordered the Large, and there wasn't a lot of room in the toe area. So, if you are more than a 10, I don't recommend you buying this. I still like my purchase. If you want something comfy to lounge around with, these slippers are fine. ... show more

  • The toastiest of all slippers!
Size: 5-6 Color: Black
I love these things. They are the warmest slippers I've ever had! I've actually experienced my feet getting "too warm" when wearing them on less cold days, which is frankly a foreign concept to me as far as my feet go. I have icy cold feet (& ankles) 3 out of 4 seasons a year and so I wear slippers whenever I'm home, they entire time I'm home, for most of the year, and I usually have to buy a new pair each year. I don't really expect these to last longer than that, none of them have, but I'll try to update if they do last less or more time than that. I paid $16 for these on sale, and they are great for that price. I'm a size 7 and I bought the 5-6 size because cloth slippers usually stretch out and are floppy sad messes by the end. This size was definitely too snug for me at first but it only took a day or so of wearing them for them to fit perfectly. (I'm not sure if this would work if you're a size 8 though!) Yes, the bottom foam flattens quickly, but it's still really soft, better than the hard floor. These definitely aren't some sort of ultra supportive house shoe - they're just to keep your feet warmer than just wearing socks would, and they do that very well. They also have rubbery plastic bottoms so I can wear them into the unfinished basement or on the patio or whatever so long as it's fairly dry. Overall, these are super toasty, cheap, and kind of cute as well! ... show more

  • Very warm but…
Size: 7-8 Color: Ash Grey
I was looking for something warm for my feet and would keep my ankles warm too. They were extremely comfortable at first but as the padding began to condense and lose its fluffiness, they became roomy. They lacked support and my feet began to slide around inside them. My ankles and feet would ache after wearing them. I typically wear a 6 1/2 and I got the 7-8. Maybe the smaller size might’ve been better. It’s very disappointing because they were perfect for about 2 weeks. ... show more

  • Warm ankles!
Size: 7-8 Color: Black
I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered the 7-8. They fit perfectly. They are soft, comfortable, lightweight (I hate heavy slippers) and SO warm. My ankles are always cold and these solved that problem! The elastic around the top of the slipper is brilliant. Holds heat in, keeps cold out. They make me happy. Note: Shake or brush them off before you wear them. They throw off a bit of fuzz the first day. ... show more

  • Very comfy and warm
Size: 7-8 Color: Ash Grey
I bought these because my toes are always so cold no matter what shoes and or socks I have on; I can honestly say, these help the most out of every slipper I have bought before. My toes are still a little cold but it is below freezing outside so I expected it. I would definitely recommend buying them if you have cold feet. The cushioning is great too but I’m sure that will flatten out the more you wear them just like every other slipper. And they are super cute with leggings ... show more
