Bought the 7mm 14k gold bracelet as a Christmas present for my wife. I purchased it in November and just gave to my wife the week before Christmas. It’s a pretty bracelet but did not fit her wrist. Wanted to return since she found another bracelet elsewhere. The return policy is 7-10 days. So if you give as a gift and don’t give it right away not much chance to return it. They said I can exchange it but there is nothing else she wanted. So you are basically stuck with a very expensive bracelet you don’t want. Poor customer service and poor policy. Really no options.
