I initially gave this bag a 5-star review because I absolutely loved the design and functionality. It’s the perfect size—not too big, not too small—with plenty of room to hold all my essentials. The top handle is stylish and comfortable, and the included crossbody strap is a great bonus for added versatility. For these reasons, I was thrilled when I first received it. However, there’s a major downside that I can’t overlook—the overwhelming chemical smell. At first, I thought it would dissipate after a day or two, but it hasn’t. Even after several days, the odor is just as strong as when I unboxed it, and it’s so intense that it’s nauseating. I’ve tried airing it out, but nothing seems to help. While I really love the style and functionality of this bag, the lingering smell makes it nearly impossible to use. It’s disappointing because the design is exactly what I wanted, but the odor is a dealbreaker for me. If the manufacturer could address this issue, it would be an amazing bag, but as it stands, I can’t recommend it. ... show more

Edited to one star. It barely stays closed. The slightest touch allows it to open. For a $77 bag, I don't expect this kind of issue. This bag is well-made. It is beautiful and the size is just right. I love everything about it, except the T clasp is always opening. If it weren’t for that, I would give it five stars. It is really frustrating to constantly be re-latching the clasp, only to have it pop open again a minute later. ... show more

I was trepidatious about ordering this bag, as I’d ordered 2 of these from a different seller and the first one canceled for no reason and the second was supposedly “lost.” This bag came from a different seller and it’s amazing! I’d seen several bad reviews on how bad the packing was and they were mashed from getting stepped on; but this came so well packed that it looked like it had come from Nordstrom! It’s the perfect size for what I needed. However, that being said, I’d ordered the large and received the small! Love it so much that I DO want to purchase a large one in the near future. I ordered the black but I’d love to have a white or brown one. Buyer beware; the first 2 I ordered cost $32 & $36 respectively and the one I bought last cost double that amount but this bag is so totally worth it! ... show more
