I bought this as a prop for a D&D campaign, and for that it’s fine. It’s cheap plastic. It’s not that impressive. For Halloween, for kids, for a school play, or for something where you want it to be cute, but not awesome, it’s perfectly fine. I had planned to use it for the last leg of a long campaign, and for that, there was no reason to go high end. If I wanted something nice for a Renaissance Festival, I’d look elsewhere. ... show more

Pros: This is the official Warner Brothers product. It comes with the collector's box that is shown in the product pictures. The officially licensed products are usually more impressive than giving a knockoff. Cons: Very cheap feel. You can also see and feel a line down the side of the wands. Luckily I got this when it was on sale. It is very light and seems like it would break easily. It was good for my kids Halloween costume. But the plastic seems cheap and breakable. The painting details are pretty good though.
