Just received this today. Appears to be quality leather. Only one problem, one of the zippers outside will not close completely. It appears that the zipper is not aligned. I like the size. I like the size and quality of this purse. Lots of good colors to choose from. I have one in purple I got as a gift. the stitching gave way on the front pocket but I was able to sew it back with a leather needle and some silk thread. The only thing I would change is the color of the lining. It is hard to see stuff in the black hole. But I still love it, I plan to order one in dark green soon! I love this bag. I purchased it looking for something small and compact and it is perfect. I love all the zipper pockets so I can keep my stuff separated. If I had one thing, I am not thrilled with it is the size of the cell phone pocket inside the main compartment. It is too small for todays phones. I love the outside. Zipper zipper works well. I wish that the shoulder strap were a little wider, but it is adjustable. This one has compartments that I think will make it easy to access the phone and wallet without having to work at it. The stitching is good and seems well made even though the front additional pocket is placed a bit crooked. I'm not sure how long the strap will hold up, The color and finish of the leather is not like the picture. It actually looks like plastic/vinyl even though it's leather. It's more of a grey brown with a dusty flat finish. Not the chocolate brown with the sheen which I would have preferred. Since I've had such a hard time finding one that's not too big with the form and function this one has, I'll live with the color. Update: The compartments are good but the more I look at it, the less I like the way the color and finish make it look like a cheap faux leather. ... show more

I purchased this leather bag for a recent trip to Europe. I love it! It is thin enough to fit in a backpack for airplane travel yet roomy enough to hold your daily essentials for walking around town. I love all the compartments. The back pocket rests against your body, so I kept important items there when needed. The main compartment held my Kindle, sunglasses, brush, RDF wallet and lipsticks with plenty of room for more. The other pockets held lotions, mints, phone. The strap is adjustable and I wore this as a cross body bag. I travel with only carry on, so everything I pack has a purpose. This streamline bag was perfect. I chose the Cognac Nappa color which had a bit of an orange tone to it, I thought it would be a warmer leather tone, but it still looks very natural and did not keep me from loving the bag. ... show more
