When I got this keyboard in the mail I did not realize it came with a charger instead of batteries. At first I though that this was going to be an annoying feature and that I would have to charge it very often. When I got it I immediately plugged it in and began using it. It charged completely within a few hours and I was able to use it while it was charging. I have had this keyboard since early March 2023. I have not had to charge the keyboard once since I first got it. This is at my work computer so I am constantly using it during regular business hours Monday-Friday. This keyboard works very well. The battery life is amazing. I don't think I've charged it once in 8 months of daily use. One thing I didn't read carefully enough in the product description is that it needs a USB port. It has a little receiver that has to be plugged into a USB (2.0 or 3.0, not C) port for the keyboard to communicate with the computer. It doesn't work over bluetooth. That's not a big deal for me, since my laptop has plenty of USB ports, but for someone with a new MacBook, that means dongles. I was also hoping to be able to carry it with me when I go to the office or a coffee shop to work, but the second time I put it in my backpack to go somewhere, a couple of keys came off in my backpack. I was able to reattach them, but one still doesn't function perfectly. So it does everything it says it does, and it does it well. If all you want is an affordable keyboard that's going to stay on your desk, it's great. But if you want a keyboard that won't take up a USB port, or one you can travel with, I'd keep looking. ... show more

I love this keyboard. After spending the first 5 days of social distancing trying to type on the small keyboard of my Surface tablet (and accidently swiping the touchpad - which made the whole experience like typing in a funhouse), I decided I needed to set up a proper home work space and looked for a keyboard. This Joyaccess keyboard was just the ticket - wonderful key responsiveness, full keyboard with 10-key, wireless, quiet - it's just what it says in the description. The keyboard is better than the $100 one I have at my work office at a fraction of the price. This is a real value. I did see other reviewers talking about concerns with sturdiness. I have no idea what people expect from a keyboard, but I think it's as sturdy as I need it to be, sitting on my desk with only my fingers tapping on it. ... show more

The keyboard worked great and I didn't have any issues until this month, 11 months after use in the office M-F. Multiple keys have stopped working consistently, where you have to click up to 7times just for the key to register. This is incredibly frustrating, as you can imagine trying to write emails and going back multiple times because a the letter "T" won't type, or the space bar doesn't work. I wish I could have just paid for a better one with more reviews....don't make my mistake! ... show more

My coworker bought this same keyboard and I loved it after using it so I bought one as well. Upon using, the X key gets stuck & multiple keys just don’t work. I have to push very hard to get the keyboard to even work. So disappointed & unfortunately I don’t have another option to use so I’m stuck with it.
