EDIT: The reviews that say it doesn't hold their phone, I can only think that they oblivious to the fact that this requires a magnetic case. Mine is held on so tight I need to hold the stand with 1 hand while I remove the phone with the other. And it was clear to me it did not include the watch charger. I ordered one at the same time because I didn't want to use the one I had and still felt like it was a good deal. Both my existing charger and the one I bought had USB-A connectors (the one I bought also had USB-C since I wasn't sure what the charging stand required). There was enough room inside the stand for the cable and extra connector. YET ANOTHER EDIT: It appears they have "upgraded" this product and it still has all of the old reviews. But the new product looks nothing like the old one, so these reviews are probably useless. It also doesn't appear that the "upgraded" version is magnetic. I ordered this and figured that for $5.99 I couldn't go wrong. Besides, I could always return it. I had a case that had a magnetic ring I hadn't stuck on yet, so when I got it I put it together quickly and set my phone it. I was surprised it actually worked. The wireless charger I had wouldn't work with my new, max-sized phone, which is why I was in the market for a new wireless charger. The magnet holds strong. Almost too strong. I have to hold the base when removing my phone. The base is light, which is great for travel, but a heavier base might make this easier. You have to bring your own watch charger and add it, which is easy, but it helps explain the cost of this charger. I knew this going in, so it wasn't a surprise. The 2 parts go together easily and a magnet hold them together. They also come apart easily. I don't typically charge my watch or AirPods with my phone unless traveling. So on my nightstand I will probably just use the phone charger and will bring the other half along on trips. I will also get a 2nd one for my RV so I can charge all 3 in the same place there. ... show more

    • Good charger for my Apple ecosystem, but has flaws

Overall the unit does a good job of charging my iPhone 13 Pro Max, Apple Watch, and Airpods Pro all at the same time which is what I was looking for, but there are some drawbacks that I found. Pros: - Can charge phone, airpods, and watch all at the same time, and they all charge fairly quickly - There is a light strip that notifies you if all components are charging (lights up blue for charging, lights up green when charging is complete). Important: This light can be really bright if you're sleeping next to it - You can turn off the notification light, and it will still glow white very dimly, great for trying to sleep next to the charging station Cons: - Sometimes it takes several attempts to register my phone. I have to take the phone off and then put it back on for it to keep charging. It's one of those (this charger is not compatible) type instances, which is a really frustrating quality. I'd like to know that I can just put my phone on and be confident that the charger is doing what it's supposed to. If the phone does not register properly, the light on the charging unit will start to flash different colors (at least the charger lets you know, I guess). All other items charge just fine, it's just my phone that doesnt always start charging immediately. - This one isn't about the product itself really, but I do wish the phone dock was magnetic. The watch dock is magnetic, and so I feel like maybe they could have added that to the phone dock as well. I feel it would just make it easier to know if the phone is positioned in the correct location Other than that, if you're looking for a very basic charging station, this isn't a terrible option. But I will probably look for another one that has magnetic capabilities, and one that will just charge my phone without any issues. ... show more

This was/is a decent product. No complaints as it works as intended. However I just upgraded my iPhone XS to a iPhone 14 Plus and it doesn’t work with the 14 plus phone. Worked fine for over a year, but don’t get it if you have an iPhone 14 Plus.

The product is simple enough to use, it’s plug and play, which is great. However, it somehow starts and stops charging all of my items. I have an iPhone 13 Pro, an Apple Watch Series 7 and Air Pods Pro 2. The lights on my watch light is always going ok an off when charging, my AirPods will ding every once in while letting me know it’s charging again. It’s pretty annoying. ... show more
