This is my first western saddle. It is of excellent quality and is very comfortable to ride in. Others who have ridden in it have also commented on have comfy it is. One thing that could be improved is lengthy of the girth strap and more holes adding.

I was pleased with this synthetic saddle. We have always had leather saddles and we were looking for lighter saddles. If I had been blindfolded I wouldn't have known it was synthetic...the ride is great...and the horses like them.

I bought this saddle for my big 16.1 Quarter Horse and it fits him perfectly! I am just getting back into riding after almost 10 years, and didn't want to spend a whole lot on something right away. I use this saddle for arena work, and on the trails. It's very practical and great quality for the price! I also have let my friend borrow it for her smaller horses (15hh-15.2) and it also fits those horses nicely! It's super easy to keep clean, no breaking in needed! Looks good on my horse! The ONLY issue I had was the fender length... I am only 4'11 and the fenders this saddle comes with are nowhere near short enough for me! So I had to order youth size fenders. No biggie! They were easy to swap out, and look very nice. I would buy this again!! ... show more

My Granddaughter is 10 years old....She needed a light weight saddle for her Quarter Horse, The Wintec Full Quarter Horse Synthetic Saddle is so light, she can put the saddle on by herself. The westerns leather saddles are so heavy. Her horse rides English and Western, She had a Wintec English Saddle and it only weighs 8 lbs...So, we just want to say "Thanks" to Wintec for making a saddle that looks like leather but, it's a synthetic!! ... show more

Great value and very affordable. Nice all around western saddle is both comfortable and practical. Definitely would recommend for someone just starting out who doesn't quite know what they want yet.
