It is hard to believe that one can get something so good (and inexpensive as well). This projector is full of surprises: a bright, sharp picture, with excellent color, and good audio (for better audio you can plug in external speakers). I had it working within five minutes of taking it out of the box, and it was a delight to see the picture it produced. Given the price and quality, this projector is a winner in every way. Several days after purchase the projector stopped working. The folks at Elephas were eager to make sure I was taken care of. After reviewing the situation, they referred me back to Amazon. This is a good projector with a huge display. Simple instructions and a very clear picture. I highly recommend to anyone. I loved it, I bought two more one for my son and one for my Mom! No battery to keep up with, just plug it in and don't think about it.

We gifted this to our son for Christmas. I was pleased to get a really good Black Friday Deal. I haven't used projectors a lot before so I can't compare this with others but I did read the reviews for this so I can address some things. First, it was a bit of a pain to setup. The instructions that come with it are not very helpful. As far as I was able to tell in our trial and error setup, you WILL need something to assist with casting from your phone. We pulled a basic Google Chromecast off one of our TVs and all of a sudden it was working great. I think these are under $30 so it's worth the investment. I'm not familiar with Apple so sorry I can't address that. We just plugged in the HDMI cable to the projector and also the USB cable (both came with the Chromecast) into the projector to power the Chromecast. Fantastic. Then, for the audio. As far as I could tell you CANNOT do Bluetooth audio with this. You have to have an aux to aux cable (old school headphone jack on both ends), plug into your projector and into your speaker (make sure if you buy a speaker to go with this that it does have a plugin for an aux cord not just bluetooth capability--I ordered a basic bluetooth speaker for him and I was lucky, it did have a plugin). Once we got that figured out it was working great. Only concern now--the tripod that comes with this is not great. It's not very secure, doesn't hold the projector securely in all positions. My son wanted to cast onto the ceiling and he had to just cobble together a setup because the tripod wouldn't work for that without the picture being crooked. Even casting onto a wall it took a lot of fiddling with the tripod for it to even maintain a basic stability and then just don't bump it whatever you do!! All in all, we're happy with this now that we have it setup. The picture and sound (even the sound of the projector without the speaker is pretty good for its size!) are good, and we wanted a small projector so it would be portable, so we definitely got that. Pretty happy with it, just save yourself grief and have the Chromecast or whatever casting device and the aux cord ready to go!! ... show more

My wife and I wanted a projector that will replace our main TV. We did our research on projectors, then we decided to take a chance on this projector. The price seemed good and the review seemed decent. I was happy with this item since the price was under $100. As soon as we turned it on, it felt very nice and contained an HDMI cable and its power cord. It also had a remote which can control the projector itself. WIFI set up was not very easy but not too hard to figure out. Instruction is included. The projector was easy to set up. If you have multiple HDMI, you can purchase 3 input and 1 output HDMI combination kit for very cheap. It will auto-detect so that is what we used. HDMI connecting to the laptop was easy and it worked out well. We are planning to use it for Movie viewing but it is good to have other options. The sound delay was there but after changing some sound setting, it worked well. We also try connecting USB to our external hard drive and that worked out well. The projector has speakers but we hooked up to the receiver to get better sound quality. The sound of the fan is there but not too bad since the speaker covers the fan sound. If you want a super quiet projector, you can create a box to reduce the fan sound. For a projector under $100, it was nice! I have purchased a projector screen, but I didn't like it since our wall was good enough. If you do purchase a cloth projector screen, it is best to iron before use. I use it for 100 inches and it worked well. I thought about going further back to get 140 but it wasn't necessary for us. Overall, this is a choice for those on a budget!
