  • Amazing product!
You may not expect these to be good- they are crickets after all, but my daughter bought these for her United Nation project and made them as taco 'meat' by themselves they dont taste very good but with a bit of seasoning these are very, very tasty!

  • Great source of protein!
My son has an extremely limited diet due to allergies. I once joked that cricket would be a good source of protein, and it might even be safe because he'd never eaten it before. Well the joke's on me because now he can and does eat them even while he is allergic to all but 2 other foods! I can't bring myself to try crickets, but my son does enjoy them -- as much for the entertainment value as for the ability to eat. He carries little baggies of them to offer up to everyone he meets. The consensus from those that are willing is that they don't have much flavor. They are often compared to a peanut or potato chips, where the flavor is mostly whatever gets added. ... show more

  • Tasty crickets
These were a big hit at a bug themed party. Everybody ate some. They arrived in a timely manner and tasted fine.

  • Crickets are NOT a "superfood"
Insects are POISON to humans.

  • Great for a bug eating haunt character and snack!
Purchased these for the purpose of using them to mess with people in a haunted house setting. It was a hit once people realize what I gave them, and what I was eating. Flavor wasn’t bad at all. Similar to brown puffed rice.

  • Taste like puffed brown rice cereal
I bought is on a whim; just figured I would take a chance and try it. More or less taste like cross between a brown rice cereal and pork rinds. Seasoning they seem to have a slight salty taste.... if any. I'm planning on seasoning mine with old bay.

  • Tastes like fried egg white.
Product has all of the essential amino acids, just like eggs!
