  • Amazing!
Size: 8.5 Color: Blue
I got these shoes as a last hope, I’ve had a problem with other shoes and how tight they fit but these shoes fit so nice that it doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing a regular shoes. Usually after wearing other shoes for 1+ hr I am in so much pain but these shoes have provided pain relief with their wide toe where my foot sits properly without being squished. So far they have been slip resistant and provide a good grip, they are great quality and definitely worth purchasing! ... show more

  • CHECK SIZING BEFORE PLACING ORDER!
Size: 8.5 Color: Black
I wear a 9 to 9.5 Wide in Women's shoes, so that's what I ordered: 9.5 Wide. Nowhere in the description does it say what the European size is, which would have been helpful since I already know I wear a 40 EU in a different Whitin model. UPDATE: There is now a sizing chart in the middle of the product page, which gives foot lengths in inches/centimeters as well as size conversions for a better fit. When these arrived, I found they were a size 41, which is too big for me. This was a huge setback for me, since I've been desperately seeking shoes that will help my tarsal tunnel syndrome heal. Other than the length, these shoes were comfortable and offered more cushioning than the minimalist Whitins I already own (which I can no longer wear because of the tarsal tunnel syndrome, *not* caused by the Whitins). I love the wide toe box -- which was plenty roomy for my 2E-width female feet -- and they're attractive as well, which is hard to find in these types of shoes. I absolutely love Whitin shoes and am looking forward to the correct-sized ones to arrive. Please note that there is not a lot of arch "support" in these shoes, but the insole is removable so you can put any insole or orthotic in that you wish. I'm so glad Whitin is NOT trying to be an orthopedist like so many shoe manufacturers! We all have different feet and different support needs, so having the option to switch out the insole is a huge plus. ... show more

  • Comfortable and attractive shoes
Size: 8 Color: All Black
Ever since I broke my leg and ankle 3 years ago, I have had trouble finding shoes that would fit and be comfortable and supportive. I took a chance and ordered these, knowing that I could return them if necessary. I not only won’t return them — I am ordering another pair. The price can’t be beaten and I love them! ... show more

  • Great shoe for the price
Size: 10 Color: Black
These fit well on the heel and have plenty of room for my toes. My feet feel very natural in them, but have protection and some cushion when walking. Great shoe for the price.

  • Lacing leaves a lot to be disired.
Size: 8 Color: Wine Red
These are decent shoes. I like the bigger toe box, color, and thicker sole. I use them for walking around the neighborhood. The lace provided are too long which I can replace. The way they are laced is an issue for me as they aren't easy to tighten. There a re loops you put the laces through not holes. So if you pull to hard when tightening, the loops will snap. Redesign this shoe with holes not loops and it'd be better. ... show more

  • More stylish wide toe shoe
Size: 7 Color: Blue
I’ve been trying to make the switch to wide toe shoes as bunions and hammer toes are issues for me. I love the way this shoe looks. I feel like it’s a good compromise between looks and having a more roomy toe box. The bottom of the shoe does have a little height and is more rigid, but I’m okay with that. As I said, for me I like it’s more mainstream look but appreciate that it’s better for my feet. ... show more

  • Too Small
Size: 11 Color: Black
The shoes look/feel Medium in width. I ordered an 11, which is the size I have always purchased with my orthotic. But they are at least 1/2 size too short. My toes are being smooshed, not a good feeling. I’m not sure about the quality of the shoe either. Sending on back!
