Really love my new walking shoes! They’re easy to get on & off, they accommodate my custom inserts, and they have a nice wide toe box. They’re easy to clean when I get them scuffed, and they can practically roll up to be put in a suitcase or backpack! I bought them for an upcoming trip to Italy & Ireland and wanted them ahead of time so I could break them in and get used to them. No need! They’re just super comfy and form to your foot easily. My aunt & mother gave bunions and I’m starting to develop them on both the big toes & my pinky toes. There’s such room in these shoes, I won’t have any problems! I was even able to wear my little silicone toe spacers inside these shoes for an afternoon around the house and they fit fine! So far I’ve done some walking around downtown on similar types of pavement I’ll encounter in Italy & Ireland (including some cobblestones), and they’re just right. I have no complaints. These just arrived earlier today, and I put them on right away. I have been in the habit of wearing my slippers around the house most of time, which allows my bunions plenty of room. But decided to try these because I know the soft, loose slippers are a bit of a fall risk for an old(er) person. These have been very comfortable all day and I am happy with them. They grip the various floor surfaces well and my feet are happy. Having gotten used to the flat slippers, the zero drop is not an adjustment for me. I ordered my usual size of 8, going by the measurements listed; however, if and when I reorder I believe I will try a 9. In spite of the measurement, my big toe is just touching the inside end of the shoe and I like a little more room. The toe width is perfect and my toes are no longer scrunched together. ... show more

Love them! Finally a shoe that is wide enough. They are cute. You really can wash them. They are so light and feel like you're walking barefoot. Con-the insole is cheap and thin. There is no arch support. Easy enough to pull them out and put your own in. I now own them in gray and black. All those fancy over priced tennis shoes are either in the back of the closet or up for sale. ... show more

Someone posted a picture on here in one of the reviews saying the shoes were ugly and didn’t fit properly. She didn’t position the tongue of the shoe properly and the shoe wasn’t as cute but I’m posting a picture that documents how they should look. They are amazing! I have dealt with bunions and painful great toes for years with multiple surgeries. I wish I had these 20 years ago and maybe avoided all the surgeries and pain. I bought my first pair of Whitin minimalist barefoot shoe in gray because of the wide toe box. No drop sole was something new. I had always felt I needed insoles to help cushion my feet. But the moment I put these on and wore them in the house the first day I realized I was wrong to do that. These fit so well and were comfortable all day. My feet didn't hurt, no more cramped toes. So, I bought more in three different colors. That was a year ago and I have to tell you that I was pleasantly surprised to find that in addition to being so good for my feet, the shoes wash up so well! It is easy to hide stains and dirt in the dark grey shoes, but the white and beige don't lie. They show the dirt quickly, yet after a year, they are still looking new after a wash. I spray a little OxyClean on the dirt and wash in the machine, air dry and they are nice and white, including the edges of the sole that you see. I know there are risks to buying light colored shoes, but these shoes picked up dirt very fast! If I bought another pair, I would get a dark color, even if the pink is very cute. The shoes also make loud squeaking sometimes when I walk - it sounds like an NBA game. It is not all the time, just when I stop suddenly or drag my foot on the floor. The shoes have a stack height that is thick enough to make my feet feel pretty comfortable while also giving the barefoot experience. The toe box is nice and wide and I can spread my toes almost to the maximum with the shoes on. However, the toe box is pretty tall so these shoes do not have the snug, fit like a glove feeling. When I kneel, the shoes crease over my toes and it is a little uncomfortable. You can see where the shoes crease in the picture - there is a lot of material there so it rubs a bit. Overall, these shoes are an affordable way to test out if you want to commit to wearinf barefoot shoes. I will definitely keep them and wear them often, I just have to figure out how to easily and quickly get them clean. I will probably buy a more expensive and well fitted pair soon, but these are a good stepping stone into the barefoot shoe life! ... show more

Can’t say how long these will last, but for the price and ABOVE ALL-the comfort. I have a broken ankle left one that has a pin and screws, and it’s an old repair. I recently had my foot looked at by the Dr he said don’t use over high arches in my shoes. I am really flat footed. Left foot has a really bad arch due to the old repair that needs to be fixed, but if I can find shoes that don’t bother me that allow me to walk pain free I won’t need surgery. Cuz face it who has a whole year for ankle replacement. They are cute too. The colors are nice. Love the toe box. I did order cute shoe laces but the ones that they came with are not ugly. I am a size 12 on left foot and 11 on right, got the 11.5 wide and I am sold. I’m not an influencer, but I am telling you these are sooooo comfy, feel grounded, I might even get back into running in these. Cancer took a toll on me over the last couple years, but these make me want to get really healthy. ... show more
