I bought this just to try because I have had mine replaced professionally twice now. At $80 a pop to have it done professionally I wanted to try this because I heard good things. When I read some of the reviews on here I was skeptical but still wanted to give it a try. Well i watched a youtube video and the company video on how to install it before it even arrived. The day it got here it took me 15 min to do it at most. I put on rubber gloves and made sure i was in a clean area free from dust. Super easy process and I didnt end up with one air bubble. Just follow the instruction and watch a video because whoever has complaints about this thought they were a know it all and winged it. Great product and will buy again for the next replacement. Update: This product has officially lasted longer than my professionally installed one. I think ppl are just not fully following directions because this product is amazing and i disnt have one issue with bubbeling and still dont. ... show more

The screen protector is fool proof to put on. Infinite stars for that. The other 2 protectors they provide for front screen and spine are VERY HARD to understand and are tricky to figure out. I ordered a replacement and STILL was still left wanting more. I can't even give advice how to apply the other two protectors because I'm still confused. They gave NO DIRECTION to those other two installations. Beware. Im sure there are others out there that are better...for the HUGE lack of direction AND THE FACT I had to order a replacement.... 1 star ... show more

    • Just got it - looks great so far
(Update: Have had this six months and it still looks great, except for a big scratch on the crease, but I think that's my fault and not a defect) I bought a refurbished Flip 4 that didn't come with a screen protector on it. I chose this one hoping that it would feel more like glass than TPU protectors. I've had good experiences with Dome products in the past. I was a little concerned by the reviews that mentioned trouble with perforations. Now I feel bad for those people and wish Amazon still let you write comments on reviews so that they would understand their mistake. This screen protector has backing on both sides, and the layer with the perforations is a backing layer. It does not need to be torn or cut and it should not be left on the phone. I watched an instruction video by a random YouTuber and had no trouble applying this. It had a couple of tiny bubbles in the crease. 10 minutes later and they are gone. This protector is a perfect fit for the screen. You can only see the edges around the camera lens. It feels much better than tpu film and is barely distinguishable from glass. I'm thrilled with it. We'll see how long it lasts... I didn't use the cover screen protector because I want glass for that. The hinge protection film seems useless. ... show more

    • Great so far - minor problem within first 24 hours
I purchased this in November of 2022 for my Galaxy zflip4. The installation was fairly easy. If you are good at following directions you will not have problems installing this. The video on the purchase page gives the best explanation on how to install it. The little card that comes with the product that shows the steps worked well enough for me. I've seen a lot of reviews complaining about problems with the installation. I have come to the belief that those individuals just have trouble reading. It really was not that bad. No bubbles were formed after closing the phone post-installation. For now, time will tell on the actual durability of the screen protector. My only complaint is that there was no instructions included for how to install the hinge protector and the screen protector for the little screen on the phone when it's closed. I can hardly call this a complaint though as the product page has a video detailing how to properly install both of those protectors. All in all I am satisfied. I will amend my review if and when I do come across a problem. Definitely a 10/10 so far though Update: I'm not sure if I installed the hinge protector to far in one direction or not but it started peeling from the edge within the first day of having it installed. I ended up taking it off as it just got progressively worse. I'm not all too worried about that one but I'm definitely changing this to 4 stars from 5. ... show more

Having done many screensavers on many devices over the years, alignment has been my biggest issue. I came across this product by watching YouTube reviews and seeing how well the jig worked I selected this one. The videos clears up issues that you just won't know about by reading the instructions. My tips is are to use a flashlight to inspect your screen after cleaning, things show up with the flashlight that regular room light show. Move the flashlight to get light on the screen from different angles. If you had a factory screen protector that was lifting be aware that dirt and gunk have gotten under the factory protector and there may be a sticky residue left behind that a casual wipe with the alcohol pad won't remove. In my case the lint sticker-picker-upper left residue on the screen. I ended up just using the cloth over and over until I got the lint off. I had one bubble in the crease that I could not work out. I shouldn't have obsessed over it. When I folded the phone and let it sit for a while the bubble disappeared. Just a day later the phone looks and feels like new. Only time will tell how long it will last but I'm very happy with it now. ... show more
