The gaming chair isn't as comfortable as I had hoped. The seat could be a bit less hard for the price. The arms of the chair are comfortable but one of the arms shifts to the side a bit too easily while the other is a bit sturdier and moves with the right amount of pressure. There were some scuff marks on the white metal and plastic parts underneath the seat but nothing too bad. The glitter does rub off a bit but I do tend to move around frequently. I'm going to try to spray the whole chair with some kind of upholstery protection to prevent staining and hopefully prevent the glitter from rubbing off. I think with a seat cushion the chair will be a lot of comfortable. I think the price could be a bit lower due to some quality issues and the lower level of comfort in the seat. For a similar price I could have gotten a seat with a foot rest and massage feature. On a positive note the chair is incredibly cute and a beautiful color. It tilts back pretty far although it feels a bit unstable when going too far back. The assembly wasn't too hard except I had a few problems getting the screws to go in for the arms and the back rest.     • Chair leans forward and is uneven

:UPDATE: So after another few months of thinking my chair just didn't sit properly I started messing with it again. Turns out there isn't anything wrong with it and my idiot brother & husband both failed epically 🤣🤣 once I tightened the crap outta the forward tilt knob it finally sits right. So I've had this chair for a few months now and it's honestly not the best. From day one it sat at a forward angle. I thought maybe that's how it was supposed to be but my friend who's job is literally assembling game chairs explained that it's not. Also because of the fact it doesn't sit correctly the arm rests are uneven as well. I know it's my bad for not reporting the issues before but as this is my first ever gaming chair I had no clue. So please if you buy this chair, make sure it sits how it's supposed to before your 30 days is up. Other than those issues I love my chair. I just wish it sat correctly ... show more

    • Misaligned screw holes and a horrible tilt

Pros: Very cute. Glitter on fabric does not come off. Love the plush fabric on the arm rests. Supports over 300lbs without sinking. Cons: Two of the screw holes were drilled incorrectly so I had to manhandle to get those screws to screw in as much as possible. Out of the box it tilts forwards HORRIBLY. I've tried tightening the tilt knob, going over the assembly to see if I messed something up, and even having other people try sitting in it to see if it was just me. Nothing works. The seat itself is also very narrow. This chair may support a larger body weight but it does not support a wider body. The measurements show the whole seat is 21.7" however, the true measurement is only around 16" because that's where the sides of the seat go up. The sides are hard and don't give any flex at all so they dig into your legs if your thighs spread at all. Glitter fabric of the chair is scratchy. Overall: With the price this chair is at the time of writing this review ($264.99) you are better off buying something else. Even with the amount I paid for it 8 months ago ($229.99) I still feel like I should have purchased something from a more reputable brand, even if I would have had to wait to save up more money for it. ... show more

I love this chair except for the fact that when I contacted the manufacturer about screw holes that the screws will not go into, so the seat is missing 2 screws and it wobbles and leans forward and if you lean in any direction, the seat will knock you off the chair. The manufacturer will not do anything to fix this issue (like send a new part with correct holes), they stated to me that I just needed to put the screws in, where they won’t go. So for this reason alone I would not recommend buying this chair. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It's even more adorable then it looks in the pictures! How rare is that? It sparkles! The colorful parts on the chair are glittery, and a pretty colorful seem going around the whole chair that when it catches light it changes colors, like a prism. It is actually quite comfortable so far, I just finally got siting down and am writing this review. Lol. I hope it stays comfortable. It's got a wonderful back support and head rest support that feels great. It also would have fit under my desk if I didn't have my keyboard slide out. The arm rests can swerve in and out and go up and down. This is the cutest chair on the market! I absolutely love it, and i'm 38! Lol. No age limit to loving adorable pink things! ... show more
