I looked around a lot before buying this bouncy house and I’m so happy I went with this one. It is so big for the price ! It came with so many things. It brought balloons, a tarp for underneath, a bag to store the bouncy house and a bunch of other things. Things I would’ve had to buy on my own and would’ve cost me money. The media could not be loaded. This bounce house was a Christmas gift to my girls who are 3 and 4 years old. I had opened the bounce house once it arrived to test it and see if everything was included and it was working properly. The slide cloth as well as the repair kit were not included. I contacted it customer service and asked if they could send just the slide cloth and repair kit and they told me they couldn’t do that and the only option was to return it. This wasn’t ideal for me since it was so close to Christmas and I wouldn’t have been able to purchase another bounce house for it to arrive on time. So I decided to keep the bounce house. The bounce house has been used for 2 days and I’m seeing a lot of issues, the stitching of the bounce house is horrible. It’s coming lose creating holes in the bounce house. Again, it’s only been 2 days and there is holes on it already. I just don’t see this lasting at all. The media could not be loaded. Loved it, wanted to use it for an indoor 1st birthday party for some littles — it was a huge hit! It did have those black spots that did look like mold.. not sure if it was used before or it’s just like that, so I’m not sure if I’ll keep it because of that. The material on this bounce castle seems good. We had 3 under 10-year-old children playing on this at the same time and the fan had no problems keeping the bounce platform inflated and safe. We do wish this were more colorful or otherwise decorated. It is monotone with a pearly white finish. It looks good but would be better with some pizazz. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly this inflated, which was well under a minute, I think only about 20-30 seconds. The fan is powerful at 550-watts but is quieter than other bounce castle fans we have owned. The bouncy part of this castle is on the small side but was able to accommodate 2-3 kids at the same time. It would be 'safer' with the moat filled with ball-pit balls, but unfortunately it does not come with them, and you would need a ton to fill it up. Over a full day of multiple kids playing on this they all had a blast and no injuries. We are pleased with this bounce castle and would recommend for kids up to 8 years old. Pros - Inflates fast, under 1 minute, 20-30 seconds. - Fan is tolerable volume - Not too loud - The 'moat' around it can hold balls or balloons to add fun for kids Cons - Very White. Fear it will stain easily - Bouncy portion a bit smaller than expected ... show more

So glad I bought this bounce house! It was definitely a big hit for my son’s birthday party. It’s the perfect size for the littles.(ages 2-6) Plenty of room to jump. Adding the ball pit made it all the more fun. We did have 1300 balls in the pit but as you can see we definitely need some more. I love that it’s neutral to use for any event.
