I ran the numbers at some point and, per gram of protein, this item is one of the better deals in terms of cost. It tastes great (mostly...), and mixes fine in my protein shaker. My issue with this item is that it is way too sweet. It tastes good, but it is almost sickeningly sweet. I had to add extra water to dilute it, but then some of the flavor gets weaker too. The best use for these (in my opinion) is overnight oats, or other protein powder recipes. Making over night oats with these helped lower the sweetness just enough to not be unbearable. EDIT: product used to be $18. now it’s $22, so the math I did down below isn’t accurate i NEVER can find a good protein where the taste doesn’t make me physically cringe and have my stomach doing somersaults. i would have a little more luck with chocolate flavors over vanilla but nonetheless it was always near to impossible to drink consistently. I never tried any crazy flavors cause I genuinely don’t wanna break the bank over tiny tubs of protein. do I wanna pay $45 for 25 servings of ghost Cinnabon protein? if it wasn’t 45$, yes I would bc maybe I could stomach it. I want to upp my protein but I can’t bring myself to drink something that my stomach (and wallet) doesn’t agree with 🤣 THEN i came along this product. I’ve known about 6 star nutrition for awhile, I believe they are a branch off of muscle tech, making a budget line to sell in Walmart grocery stores etc. but I have never needed to really try any of their products I already had my favorites. I was pretty discouraged about protein powders because I couldn’t bear the taste of most of them. and any of the good flavors are way too much money per serving. UNTIL I CAME ACROSS THIS THIS product is only 18$ for 18 servings. If you bought TWO of these it’s only 36 bucks for 36 servings, ten dollars LESS than the average tub of protein ($45) with ten EXTRA servings! (usual amt of servings is 25 servings) THIS is what made me feel a little more comfortable about trying a new protein, even if it didn’t agree with me its still pretty cheap so nothing to lose sleep over if I didn’t like it. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!!! THIS STUFF IS SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD. MY STOMACH IS COMPLETELY FINE WITH THIS PROTEIN AND ITS TASTE. IT TASTE EXACTLY LIKE CEREAL MILK EVEN IF YOU USE WATER!! if you ran out of milk and you wanted cereal you could straight up mix this with some water and pour it into your cereal bowl. That’s how good it is 🤣 I tried it with milk the first time and it was really good but the next day I really wanted to see how it was with water. It was! MY SUGGESTION: 8-12 ounces MAX of water per scoop. anything more than 12 ounces of water would just make it taste really watered down and bland. I personally like drinking it with less liquid anyway this might seem like nothing to some people but I don’t remember the last time I could drink a protein shake 3 days in a row comfortably without physically cringing and feeling like crap. this is a game changing flavor for me and doesn’t break the bank!!!! All in all I really enjoy this protein, it mixes well too but I also have a helimix shaker so im not sure if that affects it or it already mixes good. Started looking to supplement protein in my son and my diets. Protein powder is gone up in price over the years and it's hard to find a decent deal. Also can be pretty difficult to find something that taste worth a darn. I can tell you straight up this is one of the better tasting options out there. I needed a protein powder and can be quite picky, so I found this and since I like fruit loops decide to try it. It is an incredibly strong flavor, I actually couldn't handle it, and when I used a full scoop it tastes like bubblegum with an after taste of fruit loop. I decided to cup the protein powder in half and still use a cup of milk, and that actually worked great! I'm using fairlife, and since that milk has double the protein, I'm still getting 28g of protein total. 15g from the powder, plus 13g from the milk A good powder, but be prepared for its strength if you are sensitive to strong tastes and scents. Edit! I tried with regular milk and it was alot alot better! So lactose free doesn't work, but regular milk is great! ... show more

Overall it provides whey protein at a highly reasonable price point. Getting enough protein to build (or maintain muscle as you age is important and there are so many options out there. Because of the price I thought I’d give this a try. Using this about 5 times a week for the last 6 weeks and here is my take: - Adding to smoothies and it’s a highly filling meal and provides 30g of protein - The taste and flavor (vanilla) was pretty good (not chalky) - A bit too much on the sweet side (for my liking) - For best consistency it’s best to blend vs hand mixing - I had no issues digestively - Overall thought it was good and did the job of adding protein to my diet, but didn’t leave me wanting to buy more until I try others ... show more

Bought this after my surgeon and nurses told me to get plenty of protein after a surgery. Only tried the strawberry smoothie flavor so far. I put 1 scoop into a little over half of an 18 oz dixie cup with cold water. Tastes good and nice consistency, not super water, not really thick. I stirred with a spoon and then a rubber wish for a few minutes and there were still some small clumps (see picture', but they didn't affect drinking it. Overall very good! I'm sure it would be great with my oat milk or an addition to any shake or smoothie. Bought one of eachn 'strawberry smoothie' and, triple chocolate'. The containers are huge and are doing to last me forever. Value seems way better than premixed bottles. Especially considering reviews saying they are getting spoiled and expired bottles.
