I started to not bother writing a review as this product already has a lot of favorable reviews. I decided to go ahead so I could tell my story. I initially started my weight loss journey in March of 2022. Mainly through intermittent fasting. I quickly started losing weight and I was ecstatic. At that point, feeling hyped up by the weight loss, I decided to join a local gym. My main focus was weight loss. I only really cared about seeing the numbers drop on the scale…and drop they did. I am 5’2 and my starting weight was 156. I have a small frame and have been anywhere from 103 (high school) to 122 (after having 2nd child). Most people felt 156 looked great on me…maybe so but to me it was too much. My stomach always stayed relatively flat, so the weight was in my thighs and butt. Anyway, I digress. So after joining the gym in May I was able to get my weight down to 128 by mid August. Although I was down to 128 my body didn’t look tone. I was thinking it was because of my age (45). I was disappointed as I thought that would just be the way it was. I ended up having a conversation with someone in the gym and they suggested I increase my protein intake and start focusing on weight training. I agreed. After about 2 months of consistent weight training (4-5x a week) and consistent whey protein intake my body started to transform. I COULD NOT believe it. Maybe subconsciously didn’t think it would work. I also increased my caloric intake as well because I was so focus initially on losing weight I was in a severe caloric deficit. I am now at about 130-132 and I’m am loving the way my body looks and feel. I’m not done sculpting yet but I am so excited to see what I’ll be looking like by May 2023, which be a year since starting the gym. I’m not trying to look like a pro body builder or anything like that, I just want to be nicely toned. I LOVE THIS WHEY PROTEIN. It is the way to go if you are trying to build muscle and tone.     • effective, but my gut doesnt like it

I am working toward a goal of a 1200lbs total in the big three lifts and purchased this for its more complete formula than my previous post workout shake. It has absolutely made my recovery more effective and helped me move closer to my goals. With that being said I'm not sure I'm thrilled with the taste (milk chocolate), its not terrible but its not great either. I would also say that my gut has suffered, and those around me have suffered for it as well, its a pretty common symptom of protein shakes but ive gone a while without experiencing it and i have not experienced it to this level before. Other than gastric distress this is a great product, if i find a way to mitigate that ill purchase this again. ... show more

Nice tasty and filling protein powder. Love that it already includes creatine in it. Mix with just water and ice, some Greek yogurt, some almond milk, etc and you’re set.

Mixes well. Not too thick. The scoop is almost twice as big as gold standard. So yes one scoop is a serving but it’s much larger than other brands. I’m not a fan of whey that requires u to use a lot to get the 25 or 30 grams of protein. Gold standard is the best but they are too expensive now.

100% recommend this product. Mixes ok. With a stickblender its the best... sticking with vanilla flavor you can add berries, spinach, or a banana, dark cocoa powder to create your own flavor. Been buy NitroTech for years and have never been let down.

I have used a few different Protein powders. I realized early on that I love Coffee with my Powder and shakes most of the time to mask the horrible flavors that they tend to have. This, is one of the first I have had that tasted amazing before I even added Coffee. (Though its perfect with it honestly.) Now I work out in the morning before work, I get a good 2 hours in, my coffee is started. I get cleaned up and ready, head down stairs and put in one scoop, blend, add ice, and enjoy the best shake I have ever had in my life. Thank you for this amazing product. P.S Keeps me full long after Lunch so I just have a bar and get a good dinner. Helped with weight loss, will update on muscle growth later. ... show more
