The neoprene of this wet suit is thick and very high quality. I am 5’4” and 160 lbs and went with a 2xl. It fits tight but not too tightly on me, I think if you are doing really cold activities like diving you may want a tighter fit. Love the color and the quality, but the listing needs more sizing help, I’m just lucky that I picked the correct size, as I was convinced I’d need to exchange.
