I am usually a 8.5 and don't have particularly narrow feet. So I sized up and ordered a 9. I should have ordered an 8. They're a bit loose even w thick socks. But the boot itself are great for the price!

Very cute boots, but they were cracked within a few months of purchase (bought in August and they were cracked/unusable by January). Unless these are just for occasional use strictly as rain boots, I would invest in better boots.
