I just received and installed on our bikes. Nothing bad to say, they are exactly what I was looking for and work totally as described. Flexible arms and these were the longest ones I could find so they can extend far enough, visibility is great. Walmart didn't carry anything, and local bike shop was so expensive and didn't have what we wanted. They installed pretty easy, had to use the thicker rubber spacer piece due to handle bar size. They have lots of adjustment options and flex into any position you want. They work great. I didn't want the hand grip type mirror in case bike falls over thus breaking, these really do work great, installed dual mirrors on both our bikes. Some components are plastic so don't bang them around but once on the bike and adjusted shouldn't be a problem. You can tighten the thumb screw all the way, it didn't break or strip, so pleased with that. Be sure to take off the protective plastic covering the mirror, otherwise you'll think it's a really cheap mirror. My wife and I are very pleased, now we can bike around the neighborhood and back and forth to the beach and know what's coming up behind us. No complaints, and I totally recommend this product. Why you ask am I leaving this review. I'm in a good mood because finally got something on Amazon that actually works as expected and we're on vacation at our second home in FL and we bike to the beach daily only blocks away. I know it's only a mirror, and trivial to leave a review on something so inexpensive and minor in life, but made the wife happy because I didn't spend a lot to get what she wanted so she could feel safe riding around the neighbor and to the beach. I've used bar-end mirrors in the past but halost to many to the bike falling in ver or other incidents. I hoped this would be an improvement. I installed it on my handlebar easily and decided I wanted it positioned slightly forward for a better view. Unfortunately it only took a few bumps to expose the flaw in that plan. The mirror has a ratcheted base adjustment that swivels too easily so that bumps move it out of position often. It is best to have it in a very upright position and use the flexible neck to get the mirror adjust for the best view. ... show more

I normally don't post reviews ,but this mirror has finally stopped my search after ordering and returning 3 mirrors that actually fits this long stem scooter and is actually of any use. This mirror actually fits the new max g2 and is a life save because of it convex lens ,flexibility and compared to other mirrors doesn't wobble. The only negative point I can think of is that rubber gasket it came with is very thin I had to add a thicker gasket from a phone holder to hold it in place and make it more sturdy. ... show more

The ad clearly says it is glass, then it says it is plastic. IT IS A PLASTIC MIRROR. Regardless, the mirror popped out simply from the sun hitting the assembly while it sat on my patio on the first day. Once I set it back in, it stayed. The mirror is way too CONVEX and as such, everything expect objects very close to my bike are too tiny to see. It is fine for reduced speed zones like in community neighborhoods - day or night. IT IS USELESS AND UNSAFE ON THE WIDE OPEN HIGHWAY AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS BECAUSE IT IS TOO CONVEX. By the time I can see a vehicle approaching from the rear on the open highway, it is far too close to make safe lane changes or turns -especially at night. The only time I need a mirror is on the open highway. Another rider behind me that is in a drafting position, appears to be 25 to 30 yards behind me, when in fact they are right on my... It will not mount to a 25.4 handlebar even with the supplied inserts. It does not go that small. I'm sure larger handlebar diameters would be served well. It does vibrate too much when riding on less than perfect roads. That would be nearly impossible to stop altogether however. The vibration does compound the very ineffective and overly convex mirror. A very nice sturdy product. Other mirrors were too short for my bike but this one had the length I needed. I needed an extra set of hands to help with the installation but it was not a huge deal. It's very flexible but does not wobble or change position while biking.

This convex mirror causes images to be small and appear much further away. There is just too much curvature to rely on it. Also the mirror moves out of alignment while riding and has to be constantly adjusted. Get a flatter mirror for better rear views.
