This is a warm coat and fits well. The style is not as flattering as the picture, but workable. I cut of the ties at the bottom of the hem. The were on the back of the coat and you ended up sitting on beads.

I love the look of this jacket. I did not size up but fit well with a little room to layer a thin sweater under. That being said, since its on the bulky side, mobility wasn’t the best when zippered up. Probably worse if I tried to do a thicker sweater under. Definitely kept warm during icy conditions at 28F. Happy with my purchase but there were some things I disliked. The pockets ate the front would me more convenient on the side. Very nice fit. Warm. Didn’t feel the 36dF temps at all. Might work well for Buffalo and Pennsylvania cold weather. (Been there). Drop in pockets are covered with flap and convenient. Nice coat. It is much heavier than I expected. The hood doesn't quite cover over my entire head but it does have nice strings and metal snaps to keep it on.
