Opened the second box and the entire roll is defected. I figured it would be the first few inches of film damaged but after feeding it through my printer, the defects were nonstop. After reaching out to the company, they worked very quickly replacing the product. I actually received the replacement before the tracking number was issued. Okay first of all, before anyone complains about it not having white, remember that this is sublimation printer compatible. Sublimation converted printers or sublimation inks don’t print white at all. So while it’s nice to have the ability to print our multiple colors, just be aware that white parts of the design will remain blank or clear from the paper. It also requires a lot of research. If you have the Epson Ecotank, use the Premium Presentation Paper Matte setting with High Quality print to make the colors really stand out. Second, putting the powder needs to happen as soon as you take it out of the printer. But I recommend having a container that is at least 9 inches wide and 12 inches long to lay it flat when you sprinkle it with powder. I literally got one of those clear bins with a lid from Target for $2-3 and that’s what I’ve been using for this. It helps keep the paper straight and flat. Cause if you accidentally crease, the ink will smear. Lastly, experiment with your heat press, you may overheat the powder too long that it may clump. You also need to make sure to only HOVER your heat press and not let it touch the sheet. ... show more

I have purchased this product multiple times and never had an issue until recently. The last 3 rolls I have gotten have had major marks or lines in the film so the ink doesn't stick right and the image looks horrible. I end up wasting about half a roll just trying to get a good area to print on. Very disappointing for small businesses using these products. ... show more

I have tried many different films I was needing some film fast wasn’t sure if this would be good or not and once I got it in I was incredibly happy with it. So, after purchasing over 10 rolls now this is all I buy and won’t buy. The color is opaque enough for my printer to see it and its hot peels beautifully. And my colors are incredible.
