The media could not be loaded. Elegant and beautiful addition to the half bathroom. However, installation of the faucet was not easy. Clear and concise literature needs to be included with the kit and a variety of diffrent size washers for the waterfall faucet.     • Handles are for the same sides (both left hands) and difficult to refund
The faucets are pretty however the handles are all left hand sides. And very hard to get a refund. We purchased 3, one refunded in a week and the rest 2 did not refund even a month later ( we understand it could take 30 business days, but still surprised by the differences in one order.)     • Leaks all over counter
So beautiful but dysfunctional. Unless water is turned on hard, it drips all over the counter. The arc of the faucet needs to extend about 3 inches further out so that it can be turned on at normal pressure. One of the other reviewers provided a video which shows the problem perfectly. I should have returned it right away, but we were exhausted from remodeling two bathrooms, and I thought I would get used to it. I haven’t 10 months later. ... show more
