One shelve arrived broken, but we were easily able to exchange. They look great in my son’s nursery! The wall anchors that are provided are horrible quality, and very difficult to use. We ended up buying other anchors from the hardware store, and then could easily get the shelf up. They hold lots of books and weight, but since the front stop is so short, books to tend to tip over and fall off if they aren’t balanced in the shelf just right. ... show more

I'm very happy with the shelves, they are a nice size, maybe a little wider than necessary for forward facing bookshelf for our purpose but I know others use them for display purposes. I recommend getting a smaller wall anchors and not using the ones that were included because they didn't work with the included screws (they pull right out instead of screwing in and gripping like they are supposed to) ... show more

The cars have just enough room to move a little which makes it easy for my son to take them out when he wants to make his own races. The shelving was drilled into a stud in the center and can easily handle about 16 1/55 scale Disney cars per shelf. I will be buying this brand again to eventually do an entire wall.
