I recently built a backyard batting cage, and have to say this caddy doesn't seem necessary. Trust me, when you have a son who is a switch hitter, so you're doubling the amount of pitches, it will save your back. The basket itself is sturdy but the net is too saggy. Any amount of balls weighs down the net and it sags down very low. It almost makes it useless. The idea is to have the balls up at that level but really with the big net the balls end up halfway down. You really have to tie the net off to have it function properly. ... show more
