Definitely not worth the money. I could put on my bedroom wall to use instead of painting the wall. That's about how big it is. If you are buying this to use with something like teams, don't bother. That application actually allows you to change your background like you are anyplace else and you don't need a backdrop. I'm sure all the other applications also have that option. I will preface this by saying that like most things, the difficulties I encountered may be due to human error on my part. The product seemed to be a good fix, as I do webinars and it easily affixed to my chair and served its purpose by providing a consistent, unobtrusive background. I followed the video on folding and storing the product in the travel bag but on the third time I could not get it to fold correctly despite still watching and following the video while I was doing so. Now it just does not come anywhere close to collapsing so that I can store it. I can still use it at home but will not be able to use it elsewhere. ... show more

I am disappointed this did not work for me. It is great quality and I am sure it will work for others. But, it is large and awakward. It would be better for someone who has a large office space. I also have a web camera that is unadjustable, people can still see my office but with me sitting in a chair with a big round screen behind me. I am also disappointed that there is not way to return this item without paying $20 for ups to ship it. All in all it is a good product but I have definetly lost my money and have something that is unusable to me. ... show more

I was disappointed in this product. It did come wrinkled but I wasn’t too worried about that. I set it up and it seemed to be fine. Then when I went to fold it/collapse it to put it away, it broke. The ring around the outside is extremely hard to fold back up into the smaller circle, when I finally got it to almost where it was going to be I heard a snap. Total waste of my money! ... show more

I have to say that although the item did not arrive on the day promised my interaction with the vendor was simply magnificent. The item arrived 3 days later due to the postal office Covid-19 outbreak. I contacted the vendor and they were not only super professional they took the time to explain what the problem was. This is a small family-owned business working and keeping their employees during the pandemic. They understand the need of the market for their products and they are committed to serve their market. This thing looks pretty bad on camera and has way too many creases and wrinkles. I was going to return it but they make you pay for return shipping, it was going to be like $8 bucks for me.
