First off, the listing shows black and leopard. This review is only for the leopard as they are verrrryyy different quality! Cape is on the thinner side, but not transparent. It should work for a cutting cape but I won’t plan to use it as a chemical cape. It is swishy nylon and a cute print. Does have stretchy neck with metal clasps not snaps.
