I’ve only been using this turner for a few days. But it’s silent and runs smoothly and doesn’t even get hot from all 4 turners running at once. It was easy to put together. Currently I am spinning 30 oz tumblers on it. Although I don’t think the arms would be long enough for 40 oz or over I’m gonna try just to see. The tools that came in the set are so easy to use and I know it will do what I want it for. However I'm so disappointed with the epoxy resin, it splotches all over the tumbler. It runs and runs and doesn't settle at all. I suggest buying epoxy brand you trust. Otherwise good product

I got this item because I wanted to start making tumblers as gifts for people. It is easy to use and easy to set up. It came with everything I needed to get started right away. One thing that should be noted is the gloves where a little big. I wear a medium and they where a little big more like a large so that's something you might wanna buy extra is the right set of gloves. Luckily I already had gloves on hand so that wasn't a big deal. When attaching the pole the machine and putting the screw in it (which it came with 2 of them) it was a little confusing at first but after looking at the pictures on the sheet that came with it it was easy to install. I did take one star off because the turner I got was a different then what is picture (see picture) as well as it did not come with the wrench that is mentioned (which I believe is because it was a different turner then the one pictured but I am very happy with it. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised that it sits high enough to turn cups with handles. With that being said I wish that it would sit just a bit higher and the space between each station was a bit wider. Very easy to assemble!

I'm not new to tumbler turners or working with epoxy. My sister moved away and I had always used her turners, so I thought I'd splurge and by my own for my birthday. It's okay. The motor is quiet until it's been running for a little while, and then it starts to get a little noisy - not too bad. But my main issue is that it doesn't turn straight. No matter what I do, some part of the cup is always turning crooked, and that's a problem. It could be user error, but I've never had that problem before. ALSO. The epoxy they send is okay, but not good. It goes on smooth and all seems well, but it pulls and clumps. Heat it up, smooth it out, and repeat several times and you might get a relatively flat cure - no promises, though. All in all, I say you get what you pay for. This was one of the cheaper options, and the stuff that came was definitely cheap. The glitter, cups, measuring cups, stirring sticks, silicone scraper, stands, and holders are good though! ... show more
