Arrived undamaged and bolted tight up to my 2006 Camry 4 cyl. The hangers welded to the muffler fit the original mounting perfectly. Don't forget to buy the gasket. As the original, it is quiet.

    • Decent low cost solution
The original muffler on a 2002 Camry was rusted out at the flange and tail pipe and had to go. This was the cheapest and quickest solution to finally take care of that. The flange bolted up ok to the mid-pipe's flange, but you are left with the muffler being really crooked. Instead of sitting flat, it is probably tipped 30 degrees to one side when looking at it from behind the vehicle. It is the flange connection that caused this, so adjusting the three hangers would not help make this look better in my case. It has been on almost two months now and the silvery aluminized finish is fading, and rust has already developed around the are area where the tail pipe is welded to the muffler body. We'll see how long this lasts. Overall pleased that the sound is back to normal, and may actually be quieter than I remember the stock muffler being. Just hope it lasts a few years, which may be iffy. ... show more

    • Perfect fit on 2003 Camry
Unbolted old muffler at flange. Cut the forward hanger post off the old muffler to make it easier to remove. Bought 2 new bolts, 2 new nuts and a gasket at Advance auto. Cleaned up the flange of the matting connection. Everything went together perfectly.

I purchased a USED muffler, which means that it had some surface bumps or scratches. Saved a few bucks and it works like it should. Very easy to install, direct replacement as original factory muffler from Toyota, car sounds good.
