I have used many waist trainers in my life. I found this one be one of the most comfortable ones I've used. I primarily use it when I am doing my morning walks or a light run. On some of the other waist trimmers I have used the trimmer would chaffe some part of my abdomen. However, this has not been the case here. Cleaning is a bit of a pain but that is expected with most trimmers. I simply soak the trimmer in a tub of soapy water and then hang dry. This waist trainer would have been amazing if I had ordered the correct size. I needed a medium, but accidentally ordered an extra large. I have used this type of trainer in the past and loved it! The support around the torso is very secure when exercising at a high or low pace.

Comfy very adjustable abd it works for me at least. See changes plus added support when working out I do not by any means really work out bit I did start doing some at home ab exercises.
