It’s really cute and I love the look, feel and aesthetic but the only problem is if you put really hot things in it, it’s not that insulated and will get hot too. So it’s hard to hold it and drink. Other than that, it’s nice to have on my desk at work for tea and coffee!

This is a well-made ceramic mug. And it's cute to look at. The protective smooth silicon sleeve, however, makes grabbing the mug with your hands feels a little slippery, makes you want to hold it firmly. The silicon sleeve is also not a good insulator to heat. When the content is hot, your hand can feel the burn trying to pick it up. I ordered cream, but the one I got looks more like white than color cream. This mug is not made for long distance travel for the lid is not securely tightened to the mug. Doesn’t keep drinks cold or hot just stays room tem with hot drinks and cold drinks all the ice melts, this was inside my air conditioned home. Love the color and feeling of the material on the outside that part is very luxurious but the mug is poorly insulated. Overall I like the mug. Aesthetically super pleasing but the functionality is just OK. I bought this for a commuter coffee cup and it was nice to find something that fits in my car cup holder but it was a huge disappointment to find out that the lid leaks and is incredibly cheap. Since it is not insulated I understand my coffee won't stay warm for long (especially in Minnesota winters) but it does help to warm the cup ahead of time with boiling water. The ceramic cup helps my coffee retain its taste which is the main reason I bought it. It would be AWESOME if they will came out with a better lid. Do yourself a favor and don't get the cream color because it shows coffee stains (stains because the lid leaks). ... show more

I really hate to write a less than positive review for this mug. It is beautiful and well made. But it did not work for me. Even for me, a large male with large hands, it was uncomfortably heavy. The lid did not seal well, so there was dribbling. And the ceramic did not keep the coffee hot. In short, it looked great but was a lousy coffee mug. Sorry. I really wanted to like it. ... show more

I have these in pink and cream and I've never loved a cup so much. They're so pretty and I really enjoy using them. They don't insulate at all, hot drinks will turn the cup hot and cold drinks will turn it cold. But it's so chic I don't care! It's ceramic, so insulation isn't something I expected anyway, and the people leaving poor reviews for that reason seem unreasonable to me. Love them to bits <3 ... show more

I love the material and the color - but it has two main issues: if you fill in tea or anything steaming hot, you won‘t be able to hold the mug in your hands because it gets super hot from the outside.
