The user manual is not in English, it’s in Spanish and Chinese…the ad for this item on Amazon clearly says the manual is in English, so you can see how it’s kind of difficult for me to setup my headset and the controller.

This product does EXACTLY what it should! I needed to buy it as my company gave me a ThinkPad to use for business. The problem is, that being a Chinese company it came with the wrong plug for the US. I suppose I could have found and purchased a new plug end, but really, this product is priced such that I simply decided to buy it and keep one charger in the US, and the other one at the China HQ. In use this unit does NOT get hot even when I really working the ThinkPad for presentations etc. The fittings plugged in perfectly, and stay in place. And so far, after two months it works perfectly. It's not a vital laptop by any means but I really do like it and use it for various things, so I really wanted to replace the power cords.
