Pretty good honestly comfortable and keeps more of the light out definitely better then the Index default mask that only lasts like 2 months before it needs changing this is easy to clean and use tho it is a big snug on my face as I do gotta big head otherwise pretty nice definitely suggest it!

am i dumb or did it not say that the replacement would be pleather? 💀 good for dancing ig cus the sweat kinda just rolls off! but also def thicker than i think youd be used to if you put off replacing as long as i did (product is decent quality, the plastic of this is not def not as sturdy as the standard index face plate which accounts for the -1 shars! ... show more

Prolly the best facial interface for the Index HMD, sides the original that is also nice, this would be the best one to get if you can't get your hands on the original.

I actually bought this to use with my Index, and for that it works A-OK. After a few weeks, however, I got to thinking that the side wedges would sure be nice on the Vive Pro, with it's (in)famously ultra-wide fit (great for glasses, but I've always found it awfully tight in the middle and loose on the sides). Wow. The wedges completely changed the fit of the Vive Pro on my head, and even the thicker included foam interface, which fits the Vive Pro perfectly, was thin enough to allow me to adjust the lenses nearly as close to my eyes as I get with the Index. FOV looks right about halfway between the original Vive and the Index. I did have to trim back the nose piece about 1/4" with an x-acto blade, which made me a bit nervous, but the end result is a vastly more comfortable headset with a much improved FOV. 5 stars. ... show more

Bought this for a friend. Does its job well and is certainly better than the default interface that comes with the Valve Index, but it's not a *perfect* fit for anyone with a more round face shape.

Easy installation, but more importantly, due to the velcro style attachment method I can use other face masks as well to find my personal best fit. As expected, clicks on using the magnets without problem.

    • It's decent but has a magnet problem..
Its great, I like it. In my opinion I felt that it was more comfortable than the Kiwi one that I bought. Loved that it came pre-installed in the package. The only downside was that the one I had bought didn't magnetise properly in the bottom corners. It would flip flop based on how you put pressure on it. I ended up getting a replacement sent to me. The magnets are a little bit stronger than the last but its still falls off like the last one. The kiwi one is more stronger than it. Great product for comfort not for the magnets tho... ... show more

    • A must-have for Index owners.
Super comfortable, excellent fitment, and much, much easier to clean than the stock Index padding. In my opinion, the Index should've shipped with something like the VR Cover from the factory. But since it doesn't, thankfully we've got an enthusiastic aftermarket. Can't recommend this enough!
