I'm very pleased with my choice and the decision to purchase this modular sectional. It was delivered earlier than the ETA provided upon purchasing and it came in 5 huge boxes. The 1st 3 boxes were delivered via FedEx and came 3 days ahead of schedule and the remaining 2 boxes came the very next morning. Based on other reviewers comments, I knew the instructions for assembly could be in any 1 of the 5 boxes. As expected, after opening each box the instructions were found in the very last box. My husband and I kept everything in each box and put together each section one at a time. It's pretty straight forward and easy to assemble. Our primary issue was putting the back cushions on and getting the fabric to stretch long enough to connect to the velcro on the bottom of the frame. Another minor issue was that one of the heads on the bolts included came broken. We went to 3 hardware stores before finding the closest bolt at ACE Hardware to replace the one that came broken. Besides those two minor issues on assembling, it all worked out and came together very nicely. As stated in other reviews.. it's extremely firm and it sits low. It's not uncomfortable and I'm hoping in time it'll adjust. I've ordered some 3 inch furniture risers and I'm looking forward to raising it up soon. All in all, this is perfectly priced and worth the money spent! I had initially thought to get the 6 piece but I'm happy I just got the 5 piece. There's plenty of room for sitting and two ppl could lay down on opposite ends of the couch with ease! 5 starts for sure ❤️ ... show more

Beautiful couch, big and comfy. It's firm but the material is so soft that's it comfy. Worth the buy . Instructions are easy if you are used to assembling things I struggled but it was fair! Only thing I don't like is the screws stick out in the back if you have small children and the couch isn't against a wall I don't suggest. Someone can really hurt themselves ... show more

I looked and looked for a modular sectional to fit our space. Everything else was in the 5-6K range. This is beautiful, comfortable and so adaptable. I’m glad I ended up ordering the 6 piece instead of 5, as it provides even more versatility. It’s sturdy, and should hold us well for us, empty nesters. Not sure how durable it would be for families with children, though. But at the price it’s worth a try. The blue color was not what I expected from the photo, but it is a beautiful vibrant blue (no teal tones, at all) and works well in my color scheme. The design and quality are impressive considering the price. The only complaint is that instructions were placed in only one box, the ottoman, which, of course, was the last box we opened after having put together all other pieces first. So, open the ottoman first and you’ll have the assembly instructions for all pieces. ... show more

The couch is nice, big and cozy. The vevelt feels really nice and the quality of the couch is decent for the money. The seat cushions are firm like stated in the product pictures but I don't mind it. The back cushions are really fluffy and nice. There aren't instructions for assembly so your first 20 mins with the couch is mainly spent figuring out what to do. Once you have it figured out, assembly isn't bad. The screws that the couch comes with are too long and stick out on the side. Only bummer I have ... show more

It is beautiful velvet. We are thinking of returning it because it is so firm and the backing is made of cardboard so it's not sturdy, you can't sit on the arms because it's just a thin sheet of cardboard, and it is actually more comfortable to sit on the ground🤣 save yourself and buy a different couch. Edit: 4 months in and the couch has become more comfortable and we are happy with it now. There is velcro on the cushions covered by strips of cloth you need to peel off. It's easy to unpin the pieces to vaccuum underneath. There is storage inside the zipping compartments under each couch piece. Adding a star back. Hubby and I have both fallen asleep on the couch now that it's softened up. ... show more

Beautiful sectional I absolutely love it. It’s firm and velvet soft but I must say it was a pain putting together because the premade holes for the screws were I guess wrong so when I put the screws in it wasn’t secure and would fall back out I ended up just getting a handyman I use to drill nails into the sectional and that worked great that’s my only problem with the sectional other than that I love it ... show more
